Special repair of Government Medical College (Chhainsa(Erstwhile Gold Field Institute if Medical Science and Research, Faridabad) for establishment of exclusive COVID-19 Hospital in Faridabad District [Civil + Public Health Work]

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed with in a lead of 30 meters. (HSR. 6.6)

Earth filling under floors with surplus soil excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth, in 15 cm layers including ramming watering and consolidating lead upto 30 meters. (HSR 6.13)(a)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m hard/dense soild (HSR 6.25(b)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth (HSR 10.38)

Cement concrete 1:1½:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thickness (straight and curved), beams, girders, stairs, columns (Square or rectangular) battens and lintels etc. excluding steel reinforcement but including centering and shuttering, laid in position complete in all respects (HSR 10.86 + 10.95 (a)).

Cement concrete 1:1½:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footings, strips, foundations, beams, rafts, pedestals and approach slabs of bridges etc. excluding steel reinforcement and including centering and shuttering, laid in position complete in all respects(For works upto 1.5 meters below ground level) (HSR 10.90 + 10.95 (a)).

Damp proof course 25 mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate (HSR 10.115) - Note

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth (HSR 11.4)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 meters above plinth level (HSR 11.9)

Plastering on wall 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (HSR 15.7)

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paints such as snowcem Robbiacem etc. on new work, two coats to give an even shade (HSR16.61)

Providing & fixing false ceiling with 12mm thick Gyspem Board on Ms Steel runners frame i/c cost of screws, angles, cleats, rawel plugs, with taping filling with Gyspem compound and applying priming coat etc. complete in all respect (HSR 13.91]

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all height of size 595 x 595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light reflectance 85%, thermal conductivity k = 0.052 – 0.057 w/m, Fire Perforamce as per (BS 476 pt- 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all around galvanized iron sections of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15 x 32mm of length 3000mm, cross T of size 15 x 32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of 15 x 32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanized @ 80gsm) as per [HSR 13.92]

Providing and fixing 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS;12823 grade 1 type II in paneling fixed in aluminum doors. Windows shutters and partition frames with c.p. brass/ stainless steel screws etc. complete – (b) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides [HSR 17.97 (b)]

Steel reinforcement TMT bars Fe-500 EQR/Fe-500 D grade or more for RCC works, where not including the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respect for all height/depth/storey/ basement et., Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, coupling, welded joints, spacers, bars, chair, stays, hangers and annealed steel wiere or other methods for binding and placing shall be deemed to be included in rate of reinforcement (HSR 18.22)

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per clause No. 503 (5th edition) 2013 as per MoRT&H specification (N.S.)

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet (PC) excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot Mix Plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction and direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect i/c cost of bitumen VG-10 grade as per clause 510 MoRT&H specification (5th edition 2013 (NS). Note :- Where there is PC on existing black top, before laying PC on existing black top all cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification (5th edition) clause No. 3004.3 which may consts of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2, 3004.3.3 and 3004.2 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition 2013 respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for fog seal/ or crack filling/ or patch work but no payment on this account shall be made as fog seal/or crack filling/ or patch work is/are incidental to work.

Providing and laying ‘B’ type seal cost with VG-10 grade bitumen including supply of fine aggregate mixed and heated with mechanical mixer including rolling with road roller etc. complete as per MoRT&H specification (5th Edition) 2013 clause 511 including the cost of bitumen VG-10 grade (N.S.)
