Refixing of shutters after easing and adjusting also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc of any description area exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each in same opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down steel window and ventilator any type (without taking off shutters from the frames) including grills etc and removing from site and making good the disturbed protion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The damaged portion of the tiles / rendering shall be made good with the same material to match with the adjacent surface without any extra payment.

S&F pressed steel frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates, hold fasts etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crush stone aggregate) for filling back of chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel grade Fe-290 Gde-E-165 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section gates with gusset plates, rails, cladding, chowkhats/frame or like etc welding hold fast, hinges complete all as specified and as directed.
