Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder and filler, laying to the required grade level & alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the required compaction and density as per specifications complete and as per directions of the Enginner-in Charge over and including cost of priming coat/tack coat 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @5.5% (Precentage by weight of total mix ) and lime filler @3% (Percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in batches all complete including cost of bitumen and all sort of taxes including all leads, lifts & carriages complete job.
Providing and laying of 25 mm thick open graded premix carpet on WBM/WMM/Bituminous surface including preparing the surface & cleaning with broom with specified graded stone aggregates for wearing course and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregates at site of work and laying the mixed material to the required level and grade,rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming coat / tack coat , and finally finish the surface with seal coat (Bitumen used shall be VG-30 and grading of mix shall be as per the relevant clause of MORT&H) All complete including cost of bitumen and all sort of Taxes.
