Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

32mm piasal wood or local Teak wood panelled shutters moulded panels with all labour, iron fittings, and wooden hinged cleats etc fitted and fixed complete in all respect. But excluding the cost of iron fittings.

Providing, fitting & fixing up partition walling OEL aluminium anodised section No. 9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizantal and vertical member and OEL section 4660 as Tapered clip for fixing up 12mm thick prelaminated board (Nova pan Make) and jointing angle No.1855 etc.(12mm thick Novapan prelaminated bead)

Fly ash brick masonry in c.m (1:6) including cost conveyance royalty of all materials.GF

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over the brick masonry walls including all cost of the materials, carriage, royality,alltaxes and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.GF

Providing C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips including all cost carriage royality taxes and all labour involved for the completion of item of work as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilatoras including removal of frame,hinges and stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris within 50mtr lead etc complete.

Dismantalling G.C.I sheet or A.C.sheet roofing including cost of all labour t&p etc.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of window (sliding type made up alminum section) 151-154,151-155, as windows frame section No.151-155, 151-153 nad 151-167 as shutter framw with 5mm thcik black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour T & P etc complete as per direction of Enginner -in charge.

Providing , fitting & fixing of Al. door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 aas vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 6mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick prelaminated board in botttom portion fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No.4660 and frame to be completed bt means of jointing angle No.1855 including all cost of labour T & P hire charges of drilling machine labour charges etc complete.

Labour for Painting two coats to old wood/ iron work including cost conveyance of all materials and labour etc.

Providing, fitting & fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodized T section No.3215 with 2’-0” center to center , L section No.1705 upto 15 micron of 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plug and the amuminum grid 2’-0” x 2’0” suspended from ceiling etc complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and record racks etc complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Labour for fixing PPGL profile Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc complete.(As per A.R - 2006,Item No - 32,Page -125 )
