Material and labour for coloured ceramic glazed tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick fixed with neat cement slurry on vertical surface and pointing in coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 23.00 above but skirting on wall in CM 1:4, complete all as specified

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WCs etc shall be as under:- (a) Application of two component acrylic modified cementitious coating on dried surface free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer's literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following:- (i) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr. Fixit 302 SBR latex/ perma latex SBR/ FOSROC Nitbond SBR latex/ Asian paint latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with powder grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure. (b) Dampen all surface immediately ahead of application of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO. (c) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD) apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ whilst of the first coat is wet. (d) Apply glass fabric sheet of SIKA Fab 1/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP whilist the first coat is wet. (e) Once touch dry, apply second coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer ins on the entire area. (f) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (g) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 450mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (h) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application (min 6-8 hrs drying) for a min of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking.

(j) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be a applied on the walls. (k) Admixture: Sika plastocrete plus/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. (l) Providing and applying a protection screed 50mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with SIKA plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. (m) Admixture: Sika plastocrete plus/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. (n) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansion zone in the centre of make seal tape SIKA/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP. (o) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (p) Water proofing treatment has to be carried out through authorised applicators. (q) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealant. (r) All traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC (1:1½:3) (min 15cm) alround. (s) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as specified. (t) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600mmlong) including cutting hole in existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (u) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as sin flooring for laying floor finishes all as specified. Notes :- (i) Item No. (s), (t) and (u) shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Plan area (wall to wall/ wall to beam/ beam to beam) shall be measured and paid size of the toilet 1.10 x 0.86 x (0.45 to 0.60m) and bath 1.45 x 1.10x 0.45 to 0.60m). No separate measurement for vertical surface shall be accounted and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 40mm dia light grade GI pipe spout pipe (Approx 450mm to 600mm long) including cutting hole into existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work as in walls/ parapet walls, removing grass fungus, weeds, roots of trees grown on roof/ wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 30.00 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old re-useable bricks retrieved vide item No. 30.00 above shall be re-used after cleaning. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position including cutting the reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition and also separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab, shelves, chajja, facia and similar articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast RCC (1:1½:3) type A-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs, landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT deformed bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia conforming to Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to chajjas and similar items including edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 16-18mm thick pre-polished green marble as in cooking platform laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including making hole for LPG pipe and rounding the edges of stone complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs/ coping, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT distribution panel (CPRI approved) cubicle type IP-54 wall mounted, indoor type conforming to IEC, factory fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of size 1100mm x 1200mm x 300mm minimum to accommodate all accessories/ fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on DMC supports. All incoming as well as outgoing MCCB’s shall have extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC and having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall colour coated sleeves. A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painted with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment, front opening type, and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front door to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following :- (a) Copper bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system of 4 x 100A rated insulated copper strip mounted on resin cast insulator in independent compartment having front openable shutter – 01 Set. (b) MCCB, four pole, 415V, 63 Amps, 16 KA with adjustable overload setting – 01 No. (c) MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amp, 10 KA – 04 Nos (d) MCB SP 10 Amp – 01 No. (e) Indicator lamp LED in Red/ Yellow/ Blue colour – One set of three. (f) Four Nos compatments for smart meters of size as approved by GE. Notes : (i) The LT panel board will be fixed to the wall in the place of existing unserviceable panel board with suitable No of fastener and lugs, PVC insulated connectors, PVC sleeves including necessary civil work required to re-fix the panel as per standard Engineering practice and make the good disturbed surface to match with existing specifications of wall.

(ii) Taking down of old serviceable meter, recording of meter reading and re-fixing the same meter in new panel in their respective quarter is included in quoted rate. (iii) LT panel board should be make having valid CPRI type tested approved and as per IS-5039 of 1983. (A copy of valid CPRI type test report to be enclosed while obtaining approval from GE). (iv) SLD diagram for LT panel will be got approved from GE before placing the order and final diagram will be fixed on the front door. (v) Rates for the same deemed to include in the quoted rates. (vi) Existing meters shall be dismantled & re-fixed in panel by contractor and make cable connection properly through LT cable joint with lugs of suitable size, rates are deemed to be include for the same.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level with the top edge of electrode not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and including GI lead protection pipe of GI light grade 15mm dia upto 7.5 mtrs and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, earth plate covered on all sides with min 150mm thick alternate layers of charcoal, salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing point with PCC chamber and RCC cover in (1:2:4) complete with any type of earth work involved all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note: PCC chamber shall be constructed atleast 0.50 mtr away from the earth pit electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cables from trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc. including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc., including taking out cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ passing through pipes/ culverts etc. all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 168.00 & 169.00 : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measures and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule/ BOQ. (ii) Brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe for protection of pipe wherever ordered to be provided shall be measured and paid for separately.
