Charges for assisting work for providing exclusive belt joint /lagging work including belt clamping, including take up tower arresting, removing and refixing 10 nos idler frames with the idlers, normalizing the system and trial operation of the conveyor including T&P hire charges cost of consumables, etc., complete.

Charges for taking out the pulley from the conveyor for bearing inspection at both sides by removing the bearing and sleeves from the pulley cleaning with diesel if find necessary replacing with new one reassembling the bearings and sleeves with pulley in their respective position, free rotation checkup, normalizing the system and trial operation of the conveyor including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, etc., complete.

Charges for replacement of pulley which may be any one of take up pulley or bend pulley or tail pulley in the respective conveyor leading the new/reconditioned pulley from stores to the respective work spot, lifting and arresting counter weight, belt clamping, removing the failed pulley placing the new/reconditioned pulley in all respects, normalizing the system and trail operation of the conveyor including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, corporation charges, etc., complete.

coupling of conveyor drive (68) decoupling of 2 nos resilient coupling dismantling the fluid coupling(of conveyor 68) lowering down the drive bed by chain pulley block and then loading the fluid coupling unit to the workshop, after overhauling the fluid coupling placing the fluid coupling on the drive bed of conveyors by chain pulley block connecting the auxiliaries with fluid coupling assembly (connecting pipe lines, oil lines and fixing of solenoid valve) alignment of gear box to fluid coupling, fluid coupling to motor and holdback checking, coupling the fluid coupling with gear box and HT motor by 2 nos resilient coupling, topping up of oil and commissioning and trial. Including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, etc., complete.

Charges for changing the drive in conveyor 68 from drive A to B (or) B to A and holdback checking in the fluid coupling. Including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, etc., complete.

Charges for dismantling the coupling of fluid coupling with gear box and HT motor by 2 nos resilient coupling ,alignment of gear box to fluid coupling, fluid coupling to HT motor by 2 nos resilient coupling, topping up of oil and commissioning and trail run. Including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, etc., complete.

Charges for replacing/overhauling the defective oil heat exchanger from its position dismantling the oil exchanger top & bottom sides separated by cutting heating the oil pipe lines to remove sediments in all the pipe lines cleaning with water and rinse with diesel, assembling the whole unit, lifting, leading, positioning and commissioning the system in conveyors 68 including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, etc., complete.

Charges for routine cleaning of the Plummer blocks ,resilient couplings, greasing of 6 to 7 points periodically, routine checking of belt scrubbers and skirt board rubber and replacing of worn out rubber, fabrication and providing of new scrubbers and skirt Board sealing system if required, checking oil level and top up in conveyor 68, including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, corporation charges, etc., complete.

Charges for transporting, loading the respective idler frames / idlers from stores, unloading to the required conveyors 68 replacing the existing worn-out idler frames / idlers by providing by new one, monitoring the belt sway, scrap material devoluted to stores, including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, etc. complete.( one set consists of 3 nos Idlers

Charges for dismantling the Resilient coupling, scoop actuator assembly, and fluid coupling assembly , cooling fan leading and lifting the input pinion shaft, inspecting the bearing, shaft, removing the hub and wornout oil seal providing new one, or both sides assembly the auxiliaries, alignment checking, trial run, monitoring the conveyor, including T & P hire charges cost of consumables, ,corporation charges, etc., complete.

Charges for dismantling the fluid coupling from the drive motor and gear box, oil draining lifting and lowering the rotor assembly, dismantling the internal parts, removing the worn out oil seal, assembly by new one, checking the bearing, assembly the accessories oil filling, trial run, monitoring the conveyor including T&P hire charges cost of consumables, etc., complete.

Charges for transporting, loading the MS /SS 10mm thick liner plates from Stores / Unloading to respective discharge chutes of conveyor 68. preparation of required size, removal of existing worn out liner plates, fixing by new one scrap materials devoluted to stores, including cost of MS / SS welding electrodes, lead and lift, consumables and T&P hire charges, etc., complete.

Charges for transporting, loading the MS/SS 10mm thick liner plates from Stores / Unloading to respective discharge chutes of conveyor 68. preparation of required size, removal of existing worn out parent plates with Liner plates fixing by new one scrap materials devoluted to stores, including cost of MS/SS welding electrodes, lead and lift, consumables and T&P hire charges, etc., complete.
