Cleaning of drains,connecting drains with necessary gloves,boots,masks and equipments (all types of drains)including taking out the sludge and other waste materials etc complete in the colony.( 0.3 m and above width) deploying 1 labour per day

Cleaning of drains,connecting drains with necessary gloves,boots,masks and equipments (all types of drains)including taking out the sludge and other waste materials etc complete in the colony.( 0.3 m and below width) @ 2 labour per 5 days

Cleaning and upkeeping of area along the road along residential & non residential buildings including dry brooming of usable area ,collection of ash ,garbage ,polyethene etc. with necessary gloves,boots,masks and equipments on weekly basis as per instruction of the Engineer In Charge @ 1 labour per 4 days

Collection and cleaning of garbage ,ash,house waste of colony,garbage of drains etc and stacking at suitable place with necessary gloves,boots,masks and equipments as per instruction of the Engineer In Charge @ 1 labour per day

Collection of house garbage from door to door from residential and non-residential buildings of Banki Surakachhar and Balgi Townshipand disposal to a suitable place i.e. newly built SLRM Centre from Townships and sorting of legacy wastei.e. plstic,glasses,iron piece,poly bags etc and packing in bags and stitching all complete as per direction of the EngineerInCharge with mechanical meansi.e cycle reckshaw based carriage.Contractor has to take signature of occupants of each qtrs. 4 rickshaws with 2 labours each rickshaw will be required per day.Additionally 4 labours per day for operation of SLRM centre will be required

Cleaning of septic tank by removal liquid or sludge mechanically with all necessary safety covers i.e. masks,gloves etc. including removal of cover and refixing the same,digging pit at suitable place and disposal of sewarage,sludge and covering the same with soil as directed by the Engineer In Charge for 10 users @ 1 labour per 4 days

Cleaning of septic tank by removal liquid or sludge mechanically with all necessary safety covers i.e. masks,gloves etc. including removal of cover and refixing the same,digging pit at suitable place and disposal of sewarage,sludge and covering the same with soil as directed by the Engineer In Charge for 20 users@ 1 labour per 3 days

Cleaning of Inspection Chambers including removal of slab,rodding for cleaning S W pipes from W C pan to inspection chambers,taking out waste and sludge and disposal of the sludge etc mechanically with all necessary safety covers i.e. masks,gloves etc complete as per direction of the Engineer In Charge @ 1 labour per 10 days

Removal of dead bodies of animals including burying them at suitable place mechanically with all necessary safety covers i.e. masks,gloves etc as per instruction of the Engineer in Charge Cats and dogs@ 1 labour per 25 days

Removal of dead bodies of animals mechanically with all necessary safety covers i.e. masks,gloves etcincluding burying them at suitable place as per instruction of the Engineer in Charge Cows and Buffalows @ 1 labour per 10 days

Carriage of material by mechanical means or transportation including loading, unloading and stacking for manure or sludge lead up to 5 km

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Dry brooming and cleaning of open area premises on daily basis i/c collection of garbage and disposal at suitable spaces as per instruction of the EIC@ 1 labour per day

Daily house keeping i.e dry brooming and washing with water for toilet portion rates includes cost of phenyle,detergent,harpic,acid etc as per instruction of EIC @ 1 labour per day

Daily house keeping i.e dry cleaning of building on daily basis including verandah,,common area including costof phenyl,brooms,cloth etc as per instruction of EIC @ 1 labour per day

Supplying and spreading of bleaching powder as per instruction of EIC.

Supplying and placing of napthelene ball as per instruction of EIC.

Arrangement of suitable manpower on daily basis and all shifts for operating valves and pumps at different locations of the township incuding assisting in repairing of pipe line of Surakahhar Balgi and Banki township as per direction of the EngineerInCharge (MINIMUM 10 nos semi skilled labour per day in different points).

Arrangement of suitable manpower on daily basis and all shifts for cleaning of JRC,SRC and Transit House and dusting of furniture,record keeping,cooking of food for guests,cleaning of utencils all complete as per direction of EngineerInCharge( Minimum 02 no unskilled labour per day to be deployed)

Mixing and spraying of chemicals K-Othrine inside ,outside and into drains of residential buildings including cost of chemical and manpower once in 30 days @ 1 labour per day
