Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2 here in before but except bricks (old bricks obtained from item No 1 above shall be re-used including cleaning of mortar).

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls, Ceiing etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl WPC as per user manual complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid WPC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed of size 6mm with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new cement concerte surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on concerete surface in colour / pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces and apply one coats of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, coping, incl finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement , rubbish off the primises incl necessary formwork where reqd and incl demolition complete all as spd & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in laying of floor finishes incl demolition complete all as spd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item 23 above but except chequred tiles and shall be reused after necessary cleaning and making good complete all as spd & as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60mm thickness any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006, with grey cement, pigment incl 50mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item 25 above but except paver block shall be reused after necessary cleaning , removing vegetation and making good complete all as spd & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 80mm thickness any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006, with grey cement, pigment incl 50mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling as in cushioning of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only old barbed wire (old wire shall be obtained fro ser item No 31 here-in-before).

Restraining, repairs resecuring a making good staples etc only to old barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair circular concertina coil punched tape (incl spikes and handle) with 50 turns and loop dia 600mm, width of barbed 9mm dia and spacing clips 23.5mm to 24.5mm c/c and weight of coil not less than 10 to 14 kg without packing, coil length will be 6meter when opened up etc, fixing at any position/at any height, binding with angle iron ground pickets and binding of coils with clips and binding wire as per manufactures's instruction & sample as approved by GE /EIC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing chain link MS galvanaised fencing 4.0 mm dia and 75x75mm MS size including line wires, any mess, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning/pumping of septic tank and taking out mud sludges from septic tank/chamber any size of 300 to 500 users by a close container vehicle to remove a distance out side periphery of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing Complaint of Blockage (viz Blockage in Bath, Kitchen, WC & Drainage in Traps/Line from Trap to 1st Manhole, Blockage in Sewage Line from 1st Manhole to Septic Tank, Cleaning of Manhole) by deploying Trades Men as per Stipulated Time Frame from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM and maintaining proper Records of COMPLETED and PENDING Complaints including updating status of Complaints through SMS/Manually for AFSSR, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE : FOR ITEM No. 42 (a) If the Complaint is not attended/removed within a Day the Recovery will be levied on the Contractor for non-complelion of the Complaint at the Rate of Recovery included in Tender Document here-in-after. (b) It is mandatory on the Part of Contractor to deploy minimum ONE No. of Safaiwala/Mazdoor with requisite T&P throughout the Entire Contract Period. However required manpower and T & P, if required more to meet the requirement as mentioned in Item No. 42 is also to be arranged by the Contractor at his own Arrangements and Cost. Quoted Rates shall be deemed to include this factor and nothing Extra will be admissible on this account other than Quoted Rates for Item No. 42. In case of any dispute on this factor, the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.

Cleaning of the under ground sewer line of any depth and size up to 300mm dia, pumping out of sewage water / sludge by manually / mechanical machine and making the strech clean and functional and removal/diposition sludge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. (The Mechancial sewage cleaning machine will be brought on the site before commencement of work. The recovery on account of non usage of mechanical sewage machine Rs. 1000/- will be recoverd per day).

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc shaft, cesspits, manholes etc not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out hard /soft/loose soil even in foul position as directed by Engr-in-Charge by the Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in, trenches the soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not excceding 150 mtr away & depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete drain pipes of 150 mm dia bore class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as in item No 47 above but internal dia of pipe 250 mm.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 150 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe, after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregagte) etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as in item No. 49 above but 250 mm dia pipe.

Cleaning/de-silting of manhole by taking out sludge in semi solid/liquid state from inside of manhole of depth n exc 1.5m and making the sewer systen serviceable and removing the sludge/foul material by a close container vehicle to remove a distance out side periphery of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item no 51 here-in-before but depth of manhole exc 1.5 metre and not exc 3.00 metre.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, manhole and drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel under 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Getting out soft/loose soil from existing Drain of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius With or without access door as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor hearth, floor tiles, brick tiles, stone, slabs or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
