M&L for Comprehensive, Preventive and routine maint of 4 Nos of chilling machines Make : M/s Bluestar (Model: LCWX1-1350FIVA) of screw type compressor, 390 TR each, single stage, 3000 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, semi hermetic electric motor of capacity 242 KW, shell & tube type condenser with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally tinned & internally enhanced of to pass water flow 1400 USG/PM, incl carbon plate shell & tube flooded type chiller unit working with microprocessor base controls in sheet metal control panel, and 02 Nos Hot Water Generator 800 kW(Model:RC 800) Make: Rapid Cool complete all as specified & directed.

Notes for item no. 1.00: - (a) Checking the functioning of Chillers or other such equipment if covered under the contract. (b) Free replacing of defective/worn out parts with new or repaired parts for compressor /thermostat/cut outs based on our assessment. (c) Repairing of equipment at site/service station as the case may be. (d) Descaling of condensers/chemical cleaning of evaporator coils based on our engineer's assessment and working parameters of the plant. (e) Checking of compressor for its proper working. (f) Annual pumping down and restarting as and when required.

(g) Checking of microprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of packaged chillers/condensing unit for their correctness and replace if necessary. (h) Replacing of parts due to normal wear and tear. (i) Yearly oil testing and water sample report by bluestar engineer. (j) Water sample testing once in a year and sharing of reports if any improvement is required. (k) All labor charges required for upkeeping of chillers and other accessories. (l) Compressor overhauling, Tube leakage,Chilelr controls are included in comprehensive maintenance. (m) Response time after receiving of breakdown call/ ticket will be 8 working hours, while turn around time shall be 24 working hours for minor breakdown.

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 2.0 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc. and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc. and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

M&L for complete overhauling of condenser / chiller centrifugal pump set of 50 HP by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting suction & discharge water lines and removing electric connection, dismantling the U/S pump set from MS foundation, detaching the pump, opening the pump, remelting the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all kind of machine works i.e. welding, turning, polishing etc. as required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in pump body; complete replacement of impeller set with new; required replacement of Cushy foot anti vibration pad with and incl carrying out complete repair / replacement of damaged parts i.e. bearings, bush, gland plate, gland packing, coupling assembly etc. and reassembling the pump after greasing of moving parts and reinstallation of the pump with motor in original location using new MS stud, nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc.; checking the alignment; reconnecting the suction and delivery pipes, making proper electric connection, testing and commissioning for smooth operation at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of the GI Dampers with 20 gauge as per IS duly powder coated and as per existing size, cross section area up to 0.5 Sqm ,fixed on wall with supply air duct complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of Aluminum diffuser of suitable size mm with suitable opening , made of 22 gauge aluminium sheet, duly powder coated,alongwith volume control damper fixed on false ceiling of any type with supply/return air duct, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of cooling coil copper of suitable thickness 4 row deep for AHU capacity of 3500CFM of dimension 1070mm X 650mm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of heating coil copper of suitable thickness 2 row deep for AHU capacity of 3500CFM of dimension 1070mm X 650mm all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of any capacity , cleaning, servicing, overhauling all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding / brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing/repairing of vertical GI sheet supports, replacement of U/S foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pan made out of 16 gauge thick GI Sheets duly painted over interior surface of tray as per requirement , re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement air handling unit body 50mm thick double skin construction floor mounted in 22G precoated GI construction indoor type AHU suitable for 3500/4000 CFM as per site requirement with filter area 600mm x 600mm and suitable for 4 row deep cooling coil and 2 row deep heating coil of dimension 1070mm x 650mm ,also comprise of casing strength-D1 Thermal bridging factor-TB2, Thermal Transmittance-T2, casing air leakage-L1, filter by pass factor- F9, Outer skin will be 0.8mm thick plain GI frame work should be Thermal brake AL profile with thermal barrier, thickness of insulated panels will be 50mm thick ,material of drain pan will be 20G SS304 tray duly insulated with 13mm closed cell nitrile insulation all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
