Construction of RCC Bird Flats for birds following size of footing at least 15x15x3" and ground level plateform is 15x15x3" ht. above the ground level rcc pedestal ht 3x3x15, after that 2 steps of 2.5 feet diameter upto 7 feet height, 2 steps of 2 feet diameter upto 7 feet height, 1 step of 1 feet diameter upto 7 feet height and last of column 1 feet diamter, 1 step of 2 feet diameter upto 3 feet heightwith gumbad with moving peacock on top. After every floor RCC precast of width 1 feet around the structure. Bird flat of size 2x1.5x1 feet of precast member on all around the structure with 8 flats on each 1 feet height, in last 3 feet height total 20 flats of size 2x1.5x1 feet and total flats in the tower will be 356 with two opening on each flat. all RCC design to be approved with EIC; total flat ht above pedestal 45'ht. Each floor height is 7' and top of flat rcc square gumbaj for safety watering with each bird flat of size 2x1'6"x1 ht of precast rcc frame and glazes tiles material. All work including paint, colours and as per attached photograph complete as per direction given by EIC. Design to be approved by EIC
