Brick work at all levels & location using cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, scaffolding,etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone using cement mortar 1:4 including raking out joints, scaffolding, simultaneous flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, including AC pipe 50mm dia weep hole at 1.5m c/c in horizontal & in vertical, curing,scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rubble stone supplied by the contractor a) In foundation & ground level upto plinth.

Cement pointing to stone work using cement mortar 1:3, including rakingout joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified below including curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying stone pitching 230 mm thick using locally available spotless black rubble stone of approved quality including supply of stones preparation of surface, setting the stones to proper line, level or slope etc. grouting the joints in stone pitching using cement mortar 1:4 & pointing the surface with the same mortar etc complete all as directedby the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Indian patent stone flooring 50mm thick at all floors & levels, in cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 10 mm max. size laid to proper level or slope in alternate bays in panels of required sizes, finished smooth including providing glass dividing strips of size 25 x 3 mm wherever required, curing, including removing carefully existing damaged/ worn out flooring and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Kota stone flooring / dado/ skirting at all floors & levels using 25 mm to 30 mm thick hand cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over cement mortar bedding/ backing as specified below, close jointed & pointed with matching slurry of cement finished to levels, slope or plumb, curing including removing carefully existing damaged/ worn out flooring and dado & disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In flooring using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick bedding

b) In dado / skirting laid over Ready mix cement mortar 1:3 backing 12 mm thick

Providing and laying of Kotah stone for stair treads with 3 line anti skid grooves and nosing at all floors & levels using minimum 25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over 1:4 ready mix cement mortar bedding including curing hand polishing removing old damaged/ worn out tread and disposing off debris within colony etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Kotah stone 20 mm thick risers of approved size and laid over ready mix Cement moratr 1:4 backing of 12 mm thick at all level and floors including cutting to required size, curing, removing of old damaged /worn out risers and disposing off debries within colony all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of machine cut and both side polished minimum 35 mm thick Cuddapah stone for shelves of cup board including removing of old damaged wooden shelves and making Nitches all the three sides of cup board very carefully and fixing cuddapah with cement mortar and re-instaling the surrounding as per existing including disposal of debries within colony all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at all floors and levels Vitrified tiles of first quality Marbonite of M/S H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, shade, pattern and of thickness as per manufacture's specifications, laid directly over tile, using polymer cum cement based adhesive (Type -II as per IS) manufactured by M/S Roffe construction or M/s Bal Endura chemicals or other approved equivalent in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing using ready mix cement mortar 1:3 in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per specification,relevent IS code & as directed by the EIC.

a) In flooring with tiles of approx. size 600 mm x 600 mm similar to Salt & Pepper (White/Grey)/ Rigato/Athelon of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd. Or similar tile of other approved make, laid directly over existing tile using tile on tile polymer cum cement based adhesive.

b) In Dado / skirting with tiles of size 600 x 100 mm similar to Salt & Pepper (White/Grey)/ Rigato/Athelon of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd. Or similar laid over 12 mm thick ready mix cement mortar 1:3 backing, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting etc. complete, including dismantling the existing dado/skirting tile and backing cement mortar disposal of debris etc. complete.

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd. or euqivalent approved make of approved colors, shade and texture in flooring / dado / skirting as per approved pattern. incluidng cost of all materials, including of cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc. and including removing existing flooring / dado and disposing of debris complete all as per specifications, relevent IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In flooring with tiles of size 300 x 300 ( approx size ) similar to white / ivory / other approved colour quartze series of M/s H& R Johnson or euqivalent approved make with 20 mm thick 1:4 ready mix Cement mortar bedding

b) In dado / Skirting with tiles of 300X450mm( approx size) similar to combination of Infinity aqua/red/beach and infinity white of Higlihter series of M/s H&R johnson (India) Limited) fixed over 12 mm thick using 1:4 ready mix cement mortar backing/fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based adhesive(Type-II) manufactured by roffe construction or M/S Bal Endura chemicals or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete.

c) In Dado / skirting with tiles of size 300 x 450 mm ( approx size) similar to Digital HD series tile Linea blue/snow white of M/s H&R johnson (India) Limited or euqivalent approved make fixed over 12 mm thick ready mix cement mortar 1:4 backing/ fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based adhesive(Type-II) manufactured by roffe construction or M/S Bal Endura chemicals or other approved equivalent jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete.

Providing & laying / damaged portion replacement with machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/ granite stone/ marble stone as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support/ shelves/ window cill etc. and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc. as required including removing and refixing of existing aluminum sliding window along with MS grill, cutting of stone slabs, wastage, making cut outs wherever required, providing 75mm long SS screw minimum @600mm c/c etc. all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note : 1)Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring. 2) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite / gren marble shal be mitred / partly mitred joint as directed by Eingineer-In-Charge. 3)Exposed inside vertical finished face of window below platform shall be measured for payment in sqm. 4) All finished natural stones except for floorings shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface, spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 5 )Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 ready mix cement mortar & over lapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc. complete. all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

b) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 ready mix cement mortar including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc. complete all as per drg, specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

c) For kitchen platform top, upto 750 mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side, 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at top and bottom fixed with 20 mm thick 1:4 ready mix cement mortar, between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete.

d) For kitchen platform horizontal facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 25 mm thick cuddappa stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Arladite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete.

e) For horizontal beading of size 30 x16 mm machine cut machine polished cuddappa stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Arladite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete.

g) For kitchen platform horizontal facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Arladite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete.

h) For horizontal beading of size 30x16 mm machine cut machine polished Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Arladite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing / replacement of existing in position at all floors, levels/ heights 18mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length/ height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut/ hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with ready mix cement mortar 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, providing 75mm long SS screw minimum @600mm c/c including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc. and depositing the same at dept. store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Repairing of loose / shaky vitrified/ mosaic tile flooring at all floors and levels using polymer modified cement based tile adhesive manufactured by Roffe Construction – NSA (Non Skid Adhesive) or M/s Bal Endura Chemicals– Gold Star or other approved equivalent. The repairing process will consists of following. (1) Complete checking by tapping of affected flooring area using solid wooden stick. Identifying the affected tiles for repair work. (2) Drilling holes through tiles and widenining of tile joints using cutter as per requirement. (3) Breaking of tiles and removing backing adhesive from original flooring, cleaning etc (If Required). Checking the original flooring by tapping using solid wooden stick and repairing of original flooring by breaking the original mosaic / cement tile flooring and filling with 1:3 cement sand mortar, curing etc complete. (4) Grouting the tile flooring using tile adhesive slurry through drilled holes, widened joints, opening made by tile breaking using trowel etc and by tapping of floor tiles etc. (5) Sealing of drilled holes, widened joints using white cement cleaning of flooring, removal of debris and disposal of debris outside colony. (6) Complete checking by tapping of repaired flooring area using solid wooden stick after 7 days of repairing work in presence of departmental representative. The repaired work shall not make any hollow sound, loose/shaky motion of tiles. The entire repairing work shall be carried out as per direction and instrcutions of engineer-in-charge.

(a) Area of flooring for which grouting of joints and backing mortar done using tile adhesive.

(b) Removing loose / shaky vitrified/ mosaic floor and skirting tiles and refixing the same using polymer modified cement based tile adhesive manufactured by Roffe Construction – NSA (Non Skid Adhesive) or M/s Bal Endura Chemicals– Gold star, including removal of loose/shaky tiles cleaning back side of tile and removal of tile adhesive from existing floor area, cleaning etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforcement with TMT bars of Fe500D grade reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour and welding of new reinforcement bars with existing reinforcement bars wherever required etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

Removing the existing sunken / cracked rough shahabad stone slabs in pavement/ footpath and relaying the seviceable stone slabs for pavement /footpath in patch work over a bed of 50 mm thick stonegrit & dust in proper line, level or slope, flush pointingwith CM 1:3 all around the shahabad stone slabincluding cleanig the site,and leveling the surfaceincluding transporting & disposing off the unwantedmaterials etc.outside the Anushktinagar colonyetc...complete all as directed by the E/I/C.

Providing & laying (40 mm average thickness)50mm thick rough shahabad stoneslabs in footpath & pavement in patch work over a bed of 50 mm thick stone grit & dust in proper line, level orslope, flush pointing with CM 1:3 all around theshahabad stone slab including cleanig the site,andleveling the surface including transporting & disposingoff the unwanted materials etc.outside theAnushktinagar colony etc...complete all as directed bythe E/I/C

Providing & fixing asbestos cement corrugated / semi- corrugated sheets, 6 mm thick in roofing including all over-laps mitring, supplying and fixing necessary 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts, nuts and bituminous and G.I. Washers as per manufacturers code of practice and cutting the asbestos sheets as required, scaffolding, etc. including removing existing damaged, asbestos cement sheet and disposing off debris within colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charges for refixing prepainted Galvanised sheet /CRCA sheet / FRP sheet with necessary fasteners / hold fast screws / vips etc. with 100 mm overlap in each sheet taking in view of waterproofness, fixed line, level material wastage, labour, scaffolding at all levels/ heights and locations etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

a) Material supplyed by Department

Removing of existing dislocated/settled CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath, stacking the same, Re-laying those cement concrete interlocking paver blocks in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing second class teak wood in frames of required sections for doors, windows, ventilators, clear storey window, partition, railing, battens & rafters etc.wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing M.S. hold fasts of size 200 x 30 x 3 mm embedded in concrete block of P.C.C. 1:3:6 and labour for fixing frame in position including applying one coat of approved wood primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/ concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames transporting to Deptt. Stores and making the adjacent plaster good to match with existing surfaces, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to the existing doors frame of bath, w.c., bed, door etc. by replacing part of the frame with 2nd class teak wood at site of work by: i) Cutting of the damaged/ decayed portion of the door frame without disturbing/ removing of the existing frame. ii) Providing wood with 2nd class teak wood as per the existing frame for repairing of the damaged/ decayed portion of the frame including making lap joints for jointing the new wood with old wood work by fixing necessary screws and synthetic adhesive etc. complete. iii) Fixing the repaired door frame in position with embedding the frame upto 50mm depth in the floor and fixing coach screws to the wall including breaking of the floor for making pocket, applying two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/ concrete, repairing floor with P.C.C 1:2:4, finishing including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer & disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing second class C.P. teak wood of required sizes and sections for repairing the styles & rails & battens of panelled and battened door shutters of various flats at all floors, including carefully removing the existing door shutters & removing with fittings & fixtures, damaged / decayed teak wood rail/ styles/ battens and plywood panel of shutters, cutting, plaining & jointing the wood, providing and fixing necessary screws and glueing the lap joints with synthetic adhesive fevicol or equivalent, plaining & finishing the new wood work to match with old work in proper line and level including cost of fixing the door shutters with all fittings & fixtures with one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on new work and one coat of paint over entire surfaces of shutters etc. disposing of debris out side colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing approved quality block board of Anchor/ Mysore/ Kitply or equivalent approved make in following thickness as per relevant IS, including cutting to required sizes and fixing the same with necessary nails/ screws/ adhesives in partitions, cupboard shelves, kitchen cabinets etc. at all floors & locations including, providing and fixing 6 mm thick teak wood beading to all exposed edges of block board including cost of nails, s.s.screws, adhesive, wastage in cutting,transportation etc. including cost of fixing the fittings, painting the surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc. including removing shutter/ shelves and transporting to deptt. Stores, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) 20 mm thick block board shutter including providing & fixing SS piano hinges 35mm wide ( for cupboard shutter ) including all fixtures & fittings.

b) 25 mm thick block board shelves.

Providing and fixing C.P. teak wood moulded beading (architrave) of sizes 40 mm x 20 mm. around door & window frames at all floors & locations with necessary screws including two coats of painting with one coat of approved primer including cost of screws, wastages in cutting, transportation etc. including removing the old damaged beading and disposing the same complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing ordinary plain/ frosted/ Bajara sheet glass of approved make of following thickness in various sizes as required at site, fixing to windows / louvers, partitions, vision panels, doors etc. using first class oil puttyof approved quality and make including supplying & fixing glazing pins, teak wood or aluminium beading with necessary screws, nails etc. at all floors & locations including cutting the glass to required size, removing the existing broken/ damaged glass panes from windows/ doors/ partitions etc.along with its old oil putty, beading etc. and disposing off the un-serviceable material out side colony including wastage in cutting, transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 2nd class C.P. teak wood panelled door shutters of 35 mm thicknes, styles, top & other rails 100 mm wide, lock and bottom rails 175 mm - 200mm wide, with treated under vacum pressure and kiln seasoned secondary species timber with insert panles of 12 mm thick marine plywood inlcuding supplying & fixing heavy duty MS oxidized hinges including painting the shutters all over with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & colour over one coat of approved primer etc. including cost of fixing the fittings, removing the old damaged shutter and transporting to Deptt. stores all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing commercial ply/ teak veneer 3.5 / 4 mm thick of approved make and quality to flush door / ply wood / block board etc. including cost of adhesve, panel pins / nails, screws wasting in cutting etc. all as directed by the Engineeri -in - charge.

Providing & Fixing Night latch Full set with 7 levers, consist of latch assembly, safty latch, Round lock, Retainer plate, Dead lock suitable for doors of 35-40 mm thick, with 3 keys in orginal, inside opening door with safety like brass lever locking mechanism screws required, similar to M/s. Godrej make or approved equivalent having same shape, size and dimensions. Note: A sample of each material listed above should be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge before supply.

PLASTERING Note: 1) Premix shall be factory made and shall be with OPC. 2) Sand used in premix shall be confirming to IS-383 and as per specification. 3) Premix plaster shall be cement mortar 1:4. 4) Premix plaster factory made material must be in sealed cover, all precuation as in cement shall be observed. 5) Each lot/ batch of material supply shall preferably be supplied direct from factory to site. 6) Manufacture must give date of manufacture of cement used and date of Manufacture of premix plaster. 7) Each lot/ batch must be tested for cement content and compressive strength.

Fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: 1.The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. Incase of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chickenwire mesh at his own cost. No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquiant himself with the condition of building.

Pressure grouting through RCC slab/ brick masonry by drilling hole in RCC slab to required depth without causing any damaged to reinforcement, inserting ½” dia PVC pipe in hole securing the hole sides with mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with cement slurry mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement to required pressure, continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with cement mortar 1:1, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

White washing for ceiling & walls of rooms and staircases in two coats on old works with lime of approved quality by adding blue and glue in required quantity including scaffolding, scrapping, wherever required, cleaning the surface with sand paper and fibre broom and filling the cracks, holes with approved putty and making even surfaces etc. complete as per specifications including cleaning of floors, doors, windows etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of synthetic oil bound distemper of Tractor brand of M/s. Asian/ Bison Acrylic Distemper of M/s. Berger/ Beauty O B D of M/s. Nerolac/ Maxilite Acrylic Distemper of M/s. a) Two coats of Luxury emulsion paint over one coat of approved cement primer.

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved primer wherever required, including preparing surfaces, filling with putty including scaffolding and cleaning the surface by removing old paint by scrapping, blow lamp, etc and removing splashings & droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) On wooden / steel surfaces with two finishing coat over a coat of wood / steel primer.

Applying three coats of Touch wood of approved make & tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks & crevices with putty etc. complete to give an uniform shade etc., complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting soling/ water bound macadam road portion etc. and stacking the serviceable material and disposing of unserviceable material within colony etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing RCC works by chiseling at all levels including scaffolding,cutting of reinforcement bars by gas cutting, straightening and stackingof steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials complete all per specification & as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick/ stone masonry in cement mortar and plaster at all floors & levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials & disposing of unserviceable materials etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) Brick/ Stone masonary work.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1) Breaking cracked/ spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. 2) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping/ wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone/rust remover of Dr.fixit/Anuvi chemicals/Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3) Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4) Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved manufacturers Like M/s Astra, M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky White Ph-Value:9-10 Specific Gravity :1.055+/0.005 Solid Contents (%w/w)-:44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 Degree C temperature (In Sec ):15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party lab is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply 5) Bond coat should be applied @0.37ltr/layer/Sq.m 6) Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cermentatious mortar for beams, columns etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm (proportion cement 50 Kgs. : Silica + 125 Kg. of silica sand : acrylic polymer liquid 10 Ltrs. with necessary bond coats (polymer : cement = 1:1 by volume) for the tack coat and also for subsequent layers using acrylic polymer approved by the department including curing, scaffolding and steel props for supporting structural member etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. NOTE: 1. Measurement shall be taken as per Litre consumption of polymer liquid only for above mentioned operation. 2. Polymer required for the work shall be supplied by contractor.

Providing & erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 75 mm dia best quality bamboo tied with coir rope & the horizontal & vertical members of the bamboos provided as required at spacing of not more than 900 mm apart both vertically & horizontally including providing cross supports as struts to tie the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance/ repair works of external surfaces of buildings as &when required including providing necessary safety belts to workers,dismantling the scaffolding after repair work is completed including cost of transportation, labour, safety belts etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: The mode of measurement shall be in square metre for the overall portion of external exposed surface area of buildings covered by scaffolding and the said area shall be measured flat. No deductions shall be made for any openings in the surface and the jambs/ reveals.

a) Double Scaffolding.

Labour charges only for laying stone pitching, 230 mm thick, using stones available from dismantling or dept supply, preparing the surface, setting the stones to proper line, slope, grouting the joints with cement mortar:1:4 and pointing the surfaces with the same mortar, curing, including the cost of cement mortar, etc. including cost of removing the damaged pitching etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 25 /18 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate and including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with ss screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC. Note:- 1) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 2) The sizes shall be approximately 650 mm x 2000mm, however exact dimensions shall be measured at site before manufacturing.

Supplying & fixing in position the 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet of flush finish for cupboard selves etc.

Supplying & fixing 18 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet of flush finish for cupboard door shutter including piano hinges required for fixing the shutter etc.

Providing & applying asian paint smartcare Damp block white colored coating over wall/ concrete surface including cost of removing existing old paint with putty etc., applying one coat of self priming coat of AP smart care damp block (diluted with water in 1:1 ratio) and applying two coats of AP smart care damp block (diluted with water in 3:1 ratio) etc. complete as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying acrylic based chemical waterproofing materials at site, Smartcare Damp Proof of M/s. Asian paints/ Dr. Fixit Newcoat of M/s. Pidilite/ Brushbond Roof Guard of M/s. Fosroc / Shali Cryl® LM HI of M/s. STP Limited, all confirming to the manufacturer technical requirements.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors Aluminium sliding/ top hung/ fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufacutres for following types with extruded sections of Jindal/ Hindal/ Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and wights as directed for frames and shutters (including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/ glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing structural steel of approved grade of approved manufactures using steel sections such as angles, flat, tees, channel, tubes, hollow section etc. of required sizes at all levels and locations including cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting & fixing in posion, necessary scaffolding and including painting one coat Zinc chormate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces etc. compete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position at all floors and location stainless steel 304 grade mosquito net made out of 28 guage mesh shutters including exaust fan frames etc. ofvarious size and shape fixing with stainlesssteel nuts and bolts to suit the aluminiumframe ( aluminium frame , beading etc. shallbe paid under relevant item) including labour wastage scaffolding etc. all complete as per specification,drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing adustable M S Tubulor props up to 4.00 M at required locations including breaking loose conrete/plaster, including cost of supporting planks, wooded members etc. as per drawing/ sketch, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing assistance to the departmental technician for attending the complaints of various nature on working days/holidays/ beyond office hours/Night viz ,etc in various flats and buildings including neccessary tools and manpower, loading, unloading etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. (Working hours should be 8.30 Hours with 30 minute lunch break)

b) Supply of un-skilled Labour

Supplying and Providing assistance to department technician in Day to day maintenance work in residential flats under TTM-I & WS maintenance units, for attending the complaints of various nature on working days/holidays/ beyond office hours/Night viz ,etc in various flats and buildings including neccessary tools and manpower, loading, unloading etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. (Working hours should be 8.30 Hours with 30 minute lunch break) Note: 1) Supply of new aluminium/brass/PH fittings/fixtures required to replace existing damaged/non repairable/non-functioning fittings shall be paid under relevant item separately. 2) Following minimum labour strength shall be provided on regular visit. (i) PH Works- Plumber-2 No & Helper - 2 Nos for TTM-I and Plumber -1 No & Helper -1 No. for Western Sector Unit (ii) Carpentry works - Carpenter - 1 No & Helper- 1 Nos for TTM-I and Carpenter - 1 No & Helper- 1 No. for Western Sector.iii) (Mason 1 No & Helper- 1 No for TTM-I and Western Sector) .iv) (Choke remover -1 No for TTM-I and Choke remover -1 No. for Western Sector) . The Each pair shall report to TTM-I & WS maint. unit respectively.

Labour charges for Removing, dismantling, fabrication & refixing exisiting Aluminium sliding/ top hung/ fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators/ doors with rivet joint/ solid door shutters/ MS grill/ Cupboard shutter with selves & frames of specified size for repair,refixing & maintenance such as replacement of rollers, marble cills, jams, EPDM Gasket, wooden shutters,cupboard shuter with selves all complete generally as per specifications , all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Rollers, gasket, friction hinges, marble stone, floor springs etc. shall be paid under relevent item.)

Disposal of Surplus earth/ debris of all kinds of construction waste material by mechanical transport to near by dumping pits/ areas out side department colony/ office premises including all lifts, loading, unloading, stakcking, spreading, levelling etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:1 ) Voids @20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 2) The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/ excess earth outside department premises.

Providing centring shuttering Form Work using PVC film faced plywood to get neat form finish surface for Walls, partitions, paradi and the like including attached pilasters etc.as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing 18 mm thick & approx 50 to 100 mm wide Green marble for fins/facia in kitchen platform with moulding in both side including machine cut/ hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of all exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixed with approved adhesive with necessary cement paste, including removing damaged granite patti all per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of OPC/ PPC -ISI marked , cement of 50 Kg bag of approved make. (cement shall be supplied equally at duration of 3 months)

Supply of factory manufactured Pre-mix / ready mix mortar of M/s. Wall plast , M/s. Roofit mix, M/s. Ultratech Cement Ltd. M/s. Silicoplast etc. or other approved equivalent in Ready mix bag of 40 Kg. Including, Transportation loading, unloading from Market to Various Maintenance units of Eastern side of Anushaktinagar.

Supplying White Portland cement in instant 1 k.g packet with ISI mark on packet as per IS : 8042:2015 (cement shall be supplied equally at duration of 6 months)

Supplying of nylon rope 6mm dia. for heavy duty work not less than 30m length.

Supplying Cam Lock (Godrej make) with 2/3 keys suitable for cupboards and letter box.

Carrying out miscellaneous welding work at all levels & location for MS windows, ladders, fencing, gate etc including required peg stay, cleat, louver cleat, hinges, member, hook, bolt, nut other required materials, labour, welding machine, welding rod etc complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Providing & fixing G.I. Window handles of approved quality and make to window shutters fixed with necessary nut & bolt arrangements and washers etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (TTM-I+WSMU=25+25)

Supplying & fixing in position new M.S. laths of 20 G. as per existing pattern & of approved quality including cost of materials, labour charges, tools & plants etc. including removal of existing damaged/ decayed M.S. laths of rolling shutters carefully etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (TTM-I+WSMU=6+3)

Oiling, greasing & servicing the existing collapsible gates of assorted size including removal of rust by rust removing solution etc. & make the collapsible gate serviceable by doing, oiling, greasing & servicing etc. with a periodically of servicing at an interval of 3 months for one year contract period incluidng maintaining the collapsible gates during the year by attending defective operation, replacing damaged parts wherever required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(TTM-I+WSMU=50+25)

Oiling, greasing & servicing of mild steel rolling shutters of assorted size both inside the guides & top hood gear boxetc. complete with a periodicity of 3 months interval for entire year of the contract period incluidng arrending to any defective operation of shutters, wherever required from time to time including cost of all materials, tools, grease, oil etc. required for servicing etc. compelte all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(TTM-I+WSMU=10+3)

Replacement of damaged spring of rolling shutters with newspring 8 SWG coil spring, 45 rounds including cost of materialand labour etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(TTM-I+WSMU=2+2)

Carring out floor polishing work on existing cement tile /mosaic tile / IPS flooring work to remove glue & adhesive of old carpet including cost of all machine, labour & material charges etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Filling the gap between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick work / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality, complete up to 5 mm depth and 5 mm width etc. all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing chemical based water proofing treatment of approved make ( Indofil/ Pidilite/ Asian) over bath/ WC brick bat coba & other locations as per the following procedure: a) Cleaning completely the existing surafce to remove all dirt with wire metal brush. b) Applying a primer coat of water proofing compound (diluted with clean water as per recommendations of manufacturer) over the entire area to be treated including filling up of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 mixed with waterproofing compound. c) Applying a first coat with water proofing compound with cement in 1:1 ratio. d) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous water proofing net for entire area including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying first coat and curing. e) Applying second coat with water proofing compond with cement in 1:1 ratio over the polycon based fibrous net. f) Applying top coat with undiluated water proofing compound. Note : a) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section 10 (iii) page No.74 of CCC-2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. b) The measurement for payment shall be actual area covered by the treatment. c) The waterproof brick bat coba filling coming over the waterproof plaster shall be measured in Cum separately and the cost of the same is not included in this item.

Providing and fixing of Cast Iron cover on O/H water tank with locking arrangement of approximate 600 mm dia including cementing, painting etc all complete. specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing good quality SS floor grating (Jali) in bath & toilet including fixing the jali with white cement matching the floor level etc. complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
