M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate used as in copings, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Cover Slabs set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT Mild steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of 50 mm bore of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches as in weep holes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming embankment for mixing of clinker and fly ash in proportion of 7 : 3 (i.e., 70 % clinker and 30 % fly ash materials) laying, watering, ramming and compacting with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 8 % and dry density 97 % , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including forming cradels for 150 mm bore pipes, complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION

Supply and lay for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for Fly Ash compact bricks locally available of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire in PVC conduit with FR PVC insulated copper conductor , 2 x 1.5 Sqmm + 1 x 1.5 Sqmm single core (or Three core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor) in surface complete including necessary MS clamps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item. (ii) All fittings required for laying / fixing shall be brought by the contractor and cost there of shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing Mild steel galvanised water tubing 25 mm bore dia medium grade with and including all GI fittings in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item. (ii) All fittings required for laying / fixing shall be brought by the contractor and cost there of shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix sluice valve of size 100 mm (conforming to IS-14846-2000) long type CI body, gland thrust plate, hand wheel of grey cast iron, spindle of high tensile brass, nut body seal ring and wedge facing ring head, bronze bolt nut of high carbon steel, gasket of compressed fiber gland packing of jute having flanged & drilled type nominal pressure rating , PN 1.6 including jointing flanged joint with rubber fibre jointing ring bolt nut & washer etc, complete all as specified & as directed .

Supply and fix 25 mm bore dia pipe gun metal globe or gate valves, yoke type, full opening with iron wheel head, screwed both ends heavy duty, ISI marked conforming to IS - 778 for iron pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded agregate for grouting MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frame of 3.15 mm thick out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI bend any type, radius and angles, tappers and type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc. Tee pipes single branch Y junction, double branch cross (all socket, socket and Spigot or flanged ends) collors, caps and plugs for the Pipes socket and Spigot. All socket and flanged upto bore of 150 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for parallal boring of minimum 200 mm dia under roads in conventional method without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing of water pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.
