Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

First class burnt brick laid in cement sand mortor 1:6 in foundation and plinth.

Damp proof course 4cm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 with water proofing compound as per manufactures guidelines.

Centering and shuttering for columns (Square or rectangular or poly gonal in plain)

Centering and shuttering for sides and soffits of beam, beams, launching girders, bressumers, lintels.

Centering and shuttering for flat surfaces such as suspended floors, roofs, landings, chajjas, shelves etc.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in superstructure.

Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works,where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete
