Dismantling stay assembly complete. NOTE::Demolition of concrete and excavation etc. shall be measured separately.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 with peak, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in excavated soil upto a depth of 30cm after riddling excavated soil (in lieu of sand) for cushioning of cable and refilling of trenches with left over normal excavated soil complete as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 4 core 10 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and jointing straight through joint outdoor type 1100 volts grade heat shrinkable type suitable for 3.5 core, 35 sqmm to 3.5 core, 70 sqmm LT XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore in trenches/fixing on pole/wall/crossing drain etc. for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 75mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply, installation and commissioning LT out door loop in loop out panel board with sloping canopy of size 600mmx450mmx300mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cms height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm graded stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 50x 6mm for three phase and neutral 200mm length respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands and provision of two MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole ,415 Amps, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 16 KA as incomer including taking down old terminal boxes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts,nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of terminal box made out of SMC with hinged door and locking arrangements of size 140x140x95mm Including ,Backlite 4 way connector,M S Clamps suitable for pole ,PCC/MS/GI/rail etc. with bolt, nut and washer, electrical connections incl MCB SP 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Sintex product code No GSJB-1414 or its techno commercial equivalent.

M&L for point wiring complete for one street light point controlled by one MCB SP 6 Amp capacity with copper cables conductor cables, FRLS of size 1.5 sqmm from street light junction box to street light fittings in PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia and fixed with pole by clamps/GI wire.
