Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with Designed Colour Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Granolithic floor finish for 50 mm thickness in plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand, and four stone jelly) using 10 to 12mm hard broken stone jelly and the top surface shall be rubbed smooth in all floors, finishing, threading and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position best approved ISI quality PVC Rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia meter having working pressure of 4Kg/Cm2 including cost of PVC pipe, with necessary shoes, bends, nails, teakwood plugs, screws etc., and fixing of cost iron gratings of required dia meter and special clamps at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The size of teakwood plugs to be used shall be 150mm X 25mm in front and 200mm X 75mm in rear and all other sides to a depth of 100mm.
