Lifting & Re- assembling of hanger doors leaf of size 15mtr hight & 3.5 mtr width apprx weight of 6 Ton per leaf for repair and replacement of damaged parts by providing necessary hydraulic jacks 3 Ton capacity including provision of necessary scafolding complete for repair / replacement of u/s spares testing commissioning for smooth function of complete hanger door by manualy motorised. Note: All spares like bearing, wheels & shaft /locking pins will be measured and paid seperatly Contractor has to give one year gannentee for smooth operation of hanger doors as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Supply & fix unserviciable top & bottom ball bearing of door leaf with new ball bearing fixed as per direction of Engr-in-Charge complete.

Supply & fixed of hangar wheel heavy duty double flange steel track wheels of required dia as per sample to match with existing wheel including taking down as per direction of Engr in Change.

M&L Replacement of gear box cover made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet with locking arrangement all as per existing size.

S&F 3 phase mortor 415 volt 10 HP including replacement of unserviciable motor complete as per existing size make (Crompton/Kirloskar)

S&F in replacement of unserviciable reduction gear box assembly oil cooled for mechanical drive system all as per existing for smooth function of hanger door on automode.

S&F Rubber Beading of size 10mm thick 50mm wide in bottom of each door leaf fixed with MS flat 25 mm wide, 5mm thick including fixing with nuts & bolts complete

S&F in replacement of unserviciable limit switch for cut off each door pannel during operation on auto mode complete

S&F in replacement of unserviciable indoor type automation panel along with starters metering equipment single phasing preventer all as directed .

S&F in replacement of unserviciable copper cable 4 core 3 phase along with guidewire fixed on porceline reels for closing and opening of door movement .

Comprehensive maintenance top/bottom wheels & rails in hanger doors leaf slids on that including cleaning with sand paper and oil/suitable material side surface of rail and making free to move in top and side of rail and examination, adjustment,of electrically operated hangar doors, including repair/replacement of indicating lamps, reed/proximity switches, push buttons etc as recommended and carried out by the OEM for smooth and trouble free operation of hangar doors, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Servicing to be carrid out two times during contract period as directed by Engr in Charge

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated side lap fixed with J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling Sructural steel work including door ,gates but excluding framed work complete

S & F Mild steel work as in doors or gate, ladder of angle iron, Rungs in static tank of other section gusset plate rails ladder & Hand rail and Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections)including welding securing bolts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes etc conforming to Fe 410 -O or Fe 310 - 0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S &F in repairs wire matters chequred shaped nets 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 25x25mm mesh,over angle iron frame made up into mattresses or ages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including necessary welding in all respects . Note :- The height of the building is more than 20 metre, the quoted rates inclusive of necessary scafolding and safety materials complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Cutting 'V' grooves of size 15mm x 15mm on cracked portion of PCC/RCC floor and filling / making good with epoxy base compound NITO MORTAR PE of FOSROC or SIKA chemicals as per directions of manufacturer including cleaning the surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2mm thick epoxy based floor topping after priming the surface solvent based epoxy resin primer designed for maximum absorption and adhesions per manufacturers specification including preparation of floor by wire brushing or light grit blasting to remove laitance, dust and cleaning the same to achieve mechanical key between floor and coating system and applying epoxy putty and mixed with suitable filler to cover the worn out areas all as specified and directed. Note:-(a) Floor topping shall be Nitoflor SL 200 of M/s FOSROC/MASTERTOP TM 1215 PLUS of BASF OR Equivalent in CIPY. (b) primer shall be Nitoprime 25 of M/s FOSROC or equivalent in BASF/CIPY (c) Epoxy putty shall be Nitoflor FC 140/150 of M/s FOSROC or Equivalent in BASF/CIPY including taking out existing flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old brocken glass of any thickness size quality or description from wooden frame or stone concrete or brick complete

S & F sheet glass 4mm thick for window and hangers ordinery quality frosted on one side in exc 0.5 Sqm in each pan with rubber beading as in doors and partion complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Rough cast wire glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square exc .75 but n exc 1 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed
