M&L 15mm thick screed in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operations:- (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wire brush & dusting, Apply a layer of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 Lit/Sqm on the surface. Laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non-woven polyester matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm side overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealling all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners. The membrane shal be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor Note- The membrane shall have tensile strength of 700N/5cm in longitudinal direction and 450N/5cm in transverse direction at 23 degree celcius, Flow resistance>120 degree celcius, dimensional stability, < 0.5% when tested as per ASTM D 5147. The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers' (ii) Again applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane. (iii) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg per Sqm and applying two coat of silver paint over the membrane. (iv) Prepration of surfaces and applying two coat of aluminium solar reflective paint of complete surfaces.

M&L for plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filing under floors or in foundations including watering and consoldation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber mould coloured concrete interlocking paver blocks of 60mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 , all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B01 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span cills, holdfasts, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses lacing courses parapets and railings upto 60cm in height copings, kneelers apex stones, bed plates, kerb not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or discription) from wooden frame or stone,concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3mm thick ordinary sheet glass and glazing with oil putty complete in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 as in floor including surfaces to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mirror polishing on marble/granite/kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, using old size brick, build in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed .

All as per the description of srl item 122 above but except bricks

M&L for Brick wor with sub-class "B' Bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4.

Demolition stone slab and tiles of any descriptin or thicknes in floor/wall laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square metre , top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement:1/2coarse sand :2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved patter including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping complete all as specified . Note:- The payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for gypsum ceiling board for ceiling prepainted, perforated finish, 600 x 600 x 9 to 9.5mm thick in size, of approved brand/make, laid over and including grid work of size 600mm x 600mm, made out of 0.5mm thick G.I. tee 32mm x 24mm for main, 25mm x 24mm for cross tee and 20mm x 20mm angle fixed on wall, powder coated finish on exposed faces of tee and angle. hung from ceiling using 2mm thick G.I. Suspension wires spaced at 1200 mm on main runners including making niches for fans/light, including dismantling of wall ceiling and boards, (fibere pulp, insulation etc or insulation boards of anythickness including cover fitllets. all as specified and directed.
