RequiredLegal Entity: The bidder must be a company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956/2013, holding GST registration, and operating for at least the last 5 years as on the bid-calling date.

RequiredCertifications & Partnership: The bidder must hold a valid OEM partnership / authorised implementation-partner certification (or equivalent community/enterprise support credential in the case of an open-source solution) for the enterprise application proposed, and must hold valid ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 (or above) certification as on the bid-calling date.

RequiredManpower Deployment: The bidder shall commit to deploy resident manpower comprising 2 IT/Enterprise-Application Financial-Accounting professionals at each of the three Corporation Head Offices (GHMC, CMC, MMC) and 1 at each of the 12 Zonal Offices (6 under GHMC, 3 under CMC, 3 under MMC) ? a minimum of 18 resident personnel for the full contract period.
