SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (SCHEDULE OF ITEMS)

Supply and fix HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete with drop out fuse having 15 insulators of rating upto 400 Amps

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 80 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Servicing of HT Breaker 11KV, 3 Phase with cleaning of breaker panel inside out and enclosure, cleaning of VI Housing and breaker spout, tightining of LT terminal of CT/PT and control terminals, CT ratio and insulation test and busber cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge Note: Spare required for servicing will be measured separately

Testing of HT Breaker 11KV, 3 Phase including testing of breaker timing and contact resistance test (CRM)., Relay test by primary / secondary injection set (Over current & Eart fault relay) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Servicing of HT Breaker 33KV, 3 Phase consisting of cleaning of breaker panel inside out and enclosure, cleaning of VI Housing and breaker spout, tightining of LT terminal of CT/PT and control terminals, CT ratio and insulation test and busber cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Spare required for servicing will be measured separately

Testing of HT Breaker 33KV, 3 Phase including testing of breaker timing and contact resistance test (CRM)., Relay test by primary / secondary injection set (Over current & Eart fault relay) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out the sample of transformer oil from each transformer at various locations for checking the dielectric strength and acidity test of oil for the presence of moist presence of moisture, impurities etc after the dehydration including de-hydration (Filtration) of transformer oil through mobile filtration plant to be used to respective locations duly connecting inlet/outlet to the machine by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less 36 to 40 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed. Note :- (a) Testing of transformer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out at site as directed. (b) . Oil required for topping up after dehydration and filtration shall be made available by contractor measured and paid against Scheduled item. (c) The rates are inclusive of transportation of mobile filtration plant from civil workshop to the locations of each transformer and back

M&L for Disconnecting and taking down of transformer indoor/outdoor type 11000/415 volts having capacity upto 250 KVA, transportation to workshop for repairs, strip opening of transformer after unscrewing nuts /bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge, taking out the core for replacement of defective parts and transportation back to the site after repairs and installing, connecting up, testing and commissioning at the site complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity MS drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coils shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as directed. (e) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out with the following test and the cost of testing shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted against this item (f) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall not be less than 750 mega ohm with 5000 volts megger and record of the same shall be maintained. (g) Painting of transformer with one coat of super enamelled paint after cleaning the oil from transformer body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of LT/HT Copper coils made out of super enameled copper strip/wire of transformers all as specified and directed Note :- Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer’s design.

Supply and fixing as in replacement HT/LT 11 KV bush suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer 250 KVA, complete with & including brass stud, 4 Nos brass nuts & brass check nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of Gasket suitable for transformer upto 250 KVA

Supply and replacement of Gasket suitable for transformer upto 350 KVA to 750 KVA

M&L for Painting of transformer of any size and capacity with two coat synthetic enamel paint including scrabing and cleaning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix silica gel breather complete set for transformer upto 500 KVA ,11/430V

.-do- but for transformer 33/11 KV, 3.2/1.6 MVA

Replacement of silica gel of transformer as desired

Supply and filling up of transformer oil as in topping up/levelling up after dehydration having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV at 4 mm gap conforming to IS -335/1993 all as specified and directed: Make:-Power oil/Savita/Apar

Supply, laying & testing ARMOURED XLPE CABLE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 Core 120 Sqmm. Make: Havells/ Polycab/ Gloster

All as above item but 3 Core 95 Sqmm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed/XLPE power Cable of 11KV grade of size up to 120 Sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and GI pipes as per site requirement and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sqmm. Make : As per sample approval

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sqmm Make : As per sample approval.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type. Make : As per sample approval
