S&F Pre-painted coloured trapezoidal profiled galvalume/Zincalume sheet thickness of 0.50 mm TCT confirming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy mettalic coating with 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws(12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm. (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption,% - Not more than 0.15. (ix) Cold flexibility - (-) 50C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (xi) Heat Resistance - Does not dirp at 1200 C Note : The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for cutting grooves of size and shape as required in the parapet wall for tackling the APP membrane in the wall including making good the surfaces of groove & damaged surfaces in CM 1:3 to match with the adjoining surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory fabricated Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300x300X25mm thick (with grey cement and pigment), set in neat cement slurry including provision of 15mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM 1:4, tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with pigments to match the colour of the Tiles (in separate process), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surface on ceiling and applying two coat of white wash etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white washing (Lime wash white) on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old decorated plastered /unplastered surface of ceiling by brooming down, scrapping cleaning & removing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white washing (Lime wash white) on walls surfaces including preparation of old decorated plastered /unplastered surface of wall by brooming down, scrapping cleaning & removing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No 123 here-in-before but two coat of white wash etc complete all as secified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of old plastered surface of walls with two coat Birla/Asian wall care Putty and applying two coat of oil bond distemper white or any tint over a coat of primer etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemoer (oil bound distemper) of any tint including preparation of surfaces of walls on old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces by washing/rubbing down and scrapping old loose material,smoke,soot,moulds,moss and efflorence etc including filling and stopping the rough surface/nail holes with white cement/POP/wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No 126.00 here-in -before but two coats of distemper oil emulsion.

M&L for two coat of wall care putty on wall including preparation of surface with sand paper etc. to obtain smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint by brooming down, scraping, cleaning and removing smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint including preparation of old decorated surface of wall by washing/rubbing down and stopping of /filling nail holes /rough surfaces with putty/plaster of paris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint including preparation of old or new decorated surface of wall by washing/rubbing down and stopping of /filling nail holes /rough surfaces with putty/plaster of paris complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position like trusses, rafters, purlins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 69,445.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 42). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
