Providing, fixing, testing and successful commissioning of 300mm dia double flanged D.I sluice valves conforming to IS780 of 1984 read with up to date amendments PN-1 rating lift including cost of nuts, bolts, R.I cloth and all sorts of carriages up to the site of work, the job also includes cost of pedestals; extension rods up- to the working plate form and handles and tile pieces male and female, complete job. The sluice valve should be supported with test certificate of reputed brand.

Manufacturing, fabricating, providing & fixing of M.S reducer (350x300) mm size to be fabricated from 8 mm thick, M.S plate as per the requirement of site. The item also includes insertion of lead; spun yarn and wooden pegs including welding charges. The job also includes cleaning of sluice chamber in order to make the working space for fixing of tail piece/sluice valve, and all sorts of carriages up-to the site of work. The work should be leak proof and should be painted with anticorrosive red oxide primer complete.

Providing , fixing, testing & successful commissioning of 300mm dia M.S flanged joint made out of 14mm thick M.S plate. The job also includes welding charge, cutting of M.S pipe; fixing of M.S flanges by electro welding. The work should be leak proof & should be painted with anticorrosive red oxide primer & applying of black Japan paint.
