Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep in soft/loose soil for taking out/laying UG Cable/foundation of poles/stay assembly/ laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay DWC Cable duct pipe of size 120 mm dia confirming to IS : 16205 part 24 for laying of LT cables etc complete with all accessories all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement, testing and commissioning HT cable, XLPE insulated , PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor conforming to IS: 7098 , cross sectional area 95 sq mm, 3 core, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-charge. Make: Havells/KEI/Polycab/Mescab. Note: Joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing in replacement for outdoor end terminal joints cold shrinkable suitable for HT 11000V, XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty under ground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 95 sq mm, 3 core all as specified and as directed. Make:- Birla-3M/Denson/Raychem

S & F in replacement GI pipes 80 mm bore light grade in any position for protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repalcement air switch break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200A for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as directed. Make : Pactile/Jaipuria Brothers/BHEL or eqvlt.

S & F in replacement lightning arrestors complete with all fittings,transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp expulsion type as per IS 3070 Part-I, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified. Make: Olbum/Jaipuria Brothers/BHEL/ELPRO/ Areva T&D or eqvt.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitres enameled , white with letter ( in English & Hindi ) Figured & conversional “Skull & Bone” in signal red colour & fixed with MS clamps bolt & nuts of approved size 25 X 20 cm for HT 11 KV.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white brown or green as per IS 731-1963 of size 145 mm high and 255 dia ball & socketed type single disc with tension clamp for working pressure 11000 volts all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white , brown or green insulator as per IS 731`-1963 including one Galvanised MS spindle two galvanized iron nuts, washer etc of 150 mm height and 150 mm dia of 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for general servicing, calibration & testing of 11KV indoor vaccum circuit breaker (cleaning, oiling, greasing, IR value check electrical and mechanical operation check and adjustment, primary injection of CTs to check the TMS relay and time coordination including checking auxillary supply and control voltage physical checking of breakers, epoxy housing carryout physical verification of any wear and tear breaker and duly rectified it, checking fixed and moving contracts spring charging motor control circuit & tighten the connections and close or trip coil clean the breaker compartment through lubricating the breaker and applying grease/petroleum jelly and required part complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fault finding and repair/ replacement of defective control wiring of tripping circuit, closing circuit, potential transformers, ampere meter, voltmeter,current transformers, thermostate & heating element circuits of indoor type 11 KV VCB using with 2.5 sqmm copper flexible PVC insulated wire and suitable size of copper lugs and thimbles and connector all as directed.

M&L for painting of four pole structure by one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of steel surface for 4 pole structure ( above planting depth ) 11 metere long steel tubular pole and mild steel work i.e. cross arms, bracing , clamps,with painting Yellow and black strip 30 cm wide up to 1.5 Mtrs height from the copping level etc complete all as directed. Make of paint :Asian/Berger/shalimar or eqvt. Note : Contractor should be taken necessary shutdown before painting work and should be present at site during the work.

All as per item no 15 .00 above but for two pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /taking down of cross arms of channel or sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps, stay clamps etc fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts any size of shape and including hooks & clamps as directed and inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium painting over a coat red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil to achieve test result as per IE rules with filtration plant Note :- a) The filtration of transformer oil of various transformers is to be carried out at different sub stations of Pedong/Algarah/AP Algarah/Dalapchand/Teesta TCP/Rhenock & Rongli Mil area. b) The report before filtration and after filtration to be submitted by contractor in the approved formates. c) The filtration is to be carried out on line ie without switching off supply.

Supply and topping up transformer oil upto conservator level making with new oil as per IS: 335 having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA as 3.0 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Make -Power Oil / Castrol for topping up.

Supply only for replacement of HT 11 KV bush insulator suitable for distribution transformer of capacity 63.5 to 200 KVA transformer all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of LT bush insulator suitable for distribution transformer of capacity 63.5 to 200 KVA transformer all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of HT bush rod made out of brass with nut bolt and washer suitable for distribution transformer of capacity 63.5 to 200 KVA transformer all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of LT bush rod made out of brass with nut bolt and washer suitable for distribution transformer of capacity 63.5 to 200 KVA transformer all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of rubber/cork sheet gasket set complete suitable for transformer of capacity 63.5 to 200 KVA transformer all as specified and directed.

Trimming of tree branches which touches the OH lines and 2.5 mtr away from centre line of overhead lines span not exceeding 60 mtr distance between poles by using necessary T&P items and depositing the tree branches/leaves at 30 mtrs away from the site. Note:- Any number of tree branches cut in one span will be measured as one length of payment.

M&L for cleaning of old painting surfaces by cleaning agents including removing dirt, dust, oil, grease etc of transformer capacity 63 KVA to 200 KVA at different sub station and providing two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints including writing MES/SM/Machine number complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of chain link fencing and cover fencing of transformer (where required) any mesh, size and type by means of two coat of aluminium paint including line wires , mS flat angle and barbed wire by means of two coat of bituminous paint of sub stn including complete all as specified and as directed. Note: for item no. 28 & 29 contractor or his authorised representative should take neccessary shutdown before painting work and shoud be present at site during the work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of the transformer after opening the external metal cover and lifting the core and winding assembly complete survey and preperation of survey report complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for new copper wire for rewinding charges of the HV (11 KV) copper coils including coil forma charges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for re-insulation charges of the existing LV (433) volt copper strip wire with supply of high quality insulation paper after through cleaning of existing insulation and washing it through CTC.

Material and labour for rewinding charges of the above LV (433 volts) copper coils including coil forma charges complete.

Material and labour for re-assembling of both HV & LV coils after core binding and reconnection of coils and drying the assembly through heating and testing complete.

Material and labour for box up the above transformer after cleaning of tank and refitting of bushing and testing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for gasket washer for radiator , conservator tank , vent pipe etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for transportation, loading and unloading of transformer from MES sub station to factory/workshop for repair and returning back serviceable transformer to MES sub station complete all as specified.

Material & labour for repairing of damaged/unserviceable gang operate devices of 11 KV such as male & female contacts, flexible jumpers , MS jumper carrier and back connector plate incl cleaning and greasing of complete contacts of GOD unit, DO fuse unit and reluging of aluminium conductors connected to top & bottom contacts of GOD and DO units incl welding and threading of operating rod mechanism complete making serviceable all as directed . Note: Rates for elding machine, threading arrangements, grease, jumper, nut bolts, tightening and binding wire, aluminium conductor wire deemed to be included in coated rates.

M&L for Earhing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip size 32x6 mm , by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and conneced to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI Light grade watering pipe 20 mm bore, wire mesh charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia reinforced bar 15 cm C/C and earth lead handle protection incl taking out old u/s earthing and including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc.50m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate no.5 of MES SSR Part-I and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete all as directed.

M&L for Spray painting to existing HT panel with synthetic enamel paint after cleaning the surface throughly with scrapper including protecting/cleaning of cable, wiring and other non painted parts compete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor should be taken necessary shutdown before painting work and should be present at sited during the work.

S & laying in replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated Mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2m x 1m all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of steel tubular 11 mtr long pole HT pole vertical type complete with cross arm with one coat of aluminium paint after cleaning and preperation of surfaces of poles, cross arms,with painting 30 cm wide yellow and black strip on pole up to 1.5 meter high above coping level and numbering complete all as specified. Note: contractor or his authorised representative should take neccessary shutdown before painting work and should be present at site during the work all as specified and as directed.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. Note 2:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
