Annual Maintenance of K.Kamarda to khairda Road for the year 2025-26.

Providing P.C.C. (1:3:6) with 4cm size h.g. metal of approved quality including hoisting laying concrete, cost & conveyance of materials, labour ,T&P, royalty, taxes, curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing P.C.C. M-20 grade using 20mm & down graded size h.g. chips of approved quality including hoisting laying concrete with rigid smooth centering / shuttering, necessary scaffolding, cost & conveyance of materials, labour,T&P, royalty, taxes, curing etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement & M-30 (Grade) PCC, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 20 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, compacting & curing), etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in embankment with carriage by mechanical means with all lead & lifts including dressing, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth including sectioning & cambering, compacting by PRR, labour ,T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface including removal of foreign materials with wire brushes & small picks ,sweeping with brooms or soft brushes & finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous layer as per specification &direction of EIC.

Labour for spreading material for patch or pot hole repairs and consolidation with H.R.R. or rammers, crusher screening / gravelling and sand binding etc.complete but excluding cost and conveyance of metal, crusher screening / moorum and sand etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with 60/70 grade Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Proving 75mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen, metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR, hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles, cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and bitumen etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 6 mm thick precoated seal coat type -B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips & 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10sqm including consolidation with PRR, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying, spreading & compacting to water bound macadam Grading - III including spreading uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with PRR & filling interstices with stone screened dust including watering and consolidation with PRR including cost & conveyance of material, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel informatory sign board 0.9m x 0.6m size M.S. plate with 1 No square bar / angle iron post along with excavation, PCC in post, painting & lettering etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
