cost of basic service charges, administration and management, running of operation, cost of material required for maintenance & repairs, cost of lubricants, consumables, spare parts (if the spare parts supplied to PHED are used in emergency) as per scope of work & terms and conditions of contract. no charges for material and equipments will be paid for 1st year of O&M being defect liability period. only charges for labour engaged for operation of the system will be paid during 1st year of O&M being defect liability period. The contractor should quote rate for DLP accordingly.
