Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per seiral item No.14 here-in-before but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Two coats of black polymer paint over a coat of polymer based anti corrosive primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Stainless steel concertina coil grade 304 with outer dia of 610mm having SS core wire diameter 2.50mm, blade thickness 0.40mm to 0.60mm , tensile strength 1350-1550 N/mm2 and strand of straight razor wire (material stainless steel grade 304) and fixed with clips of heavy duty 'J' clips SS 304 Grade, with profile of Razor wire fish hook, blade length 66 mm, core wire dia meter 2.50mm with number of loop per coil 56 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix 2.5mm barbed razor wire of stainless steel grade 304 , blade size 60mm, width 24mm with spacing of blades 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Stainless steel rod grills for outlet of drainage run in the compound wall with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of cement base paint over old surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both end, each screwed ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long with dia of neck 11 to 15 mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Galvalume sheet fencing with MS angle with prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Dash fasteners for fixing angle into the existing stone wall/brick wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

External Water Supply:- Taking up or down 40 or 50mm steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Galvanised tubes 40mm dia medium grade with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Galvanised tubes 50mm dia medium grade with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old 40 or 50mm steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors etc)complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY :-Supply and fix Steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410SP-31(9 metre long) and erecting on site by excavation, foundation and coping including painting of two coats of red oxide and two coats of aluminium base paint and zebra paint upto 1.5 metre above ground level alongwith pole numbering by white paint with black ground complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Earth work, foundation and coping shall measured and paid sperately under relevant item.

Supply , laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Street light wiring using three core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 3 core each of size 1.5Sqmm drawn in and including 20mm dia rigid PVC conduit ISI mark from street light fitting to distribution board including connection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix weather proof MCB enclosure with IP-55 protection 4 way street light junction box on street light pole including 01 MCB SP upto 3Amps 'C' curve to control street light circuit with 2 x MS clamp made out of FI of size 25 x 4mm for fixing the box to pole complete with nut, bolts and washers all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED Street light fitting 35 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE cable Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old LT cable of size 95Sqmm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Galvanised Steel tubing 25mm bore light grade with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm dia light grade 1.5 metre long including fixing with MS clamp 2 Nos made out of 50mm wide and 5mm thick flat iron with MS nut, bolts 75mm long 12mm dia- 4Nos with flat washer(3mm thick)- 2 Nos each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the MS clamp & bracket etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, spreading and levelling riddled soil as earth cushioning to HT cable by using IS seive to seperate the composite/roots etc and refilling spreading in trenches as cushioning and rammed down to form a solid bed all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay one layer of new bricks(Compressive strength shall not be less than 35Kg/Sqcm) laid in flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the brick is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub class B bricks all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Spout of PVC pipe 75mm dia in any length and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles above ground level including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair including formwork for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
