Removing existing painting by mechanically/manual means and grinding the surface to smooth and sand papering and cleaning the dust with water including necessary repairs to scratches etc.Complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge
Providing and Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of Birla or its equivalent approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of Asian or equivalent approved brand and manufacture on wall surface Water thinnable cement primer
Labour charges for Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on old work and removing existing paints by machanically/manual means scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete as directed by engineer incharge. Note: Paints for carrying out painting work shall be supplied by the department at our civil stores.
Providing and applying crack filling of shrink free of Dr.Fixit make by opening of cracks / making V-groove and as directed by enigneer incharge.
