Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on masonary/RCC walls, etc. including raking out loose material , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement on RCC wall all as specified and as directed.

Removing loose concrete/plaster upto sound stratum of RCC plast protection wall and clean the surface with water using water jet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bonding the exposed surface with one coat of bonding agent as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling the damaged portion of existing RCC plast protection wall with Polymer modified mortar not exc 40mm thick in two layer finishing the surface even and fair all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chicken wire mesh not exc 0.4 Kg/Sqm fixing on the damaged portion of existing RCC plast protection wall before applying Polymer modified mortar all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out from soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed

M & L for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length , laid for weep holes all as specified and as directed

M&L for TMT CRS bars, 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,type C-5, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block and coping including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm deep as in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finish even and smooth without using extra cement on external sides of retaining wall all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing plaster surface of new wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over coat of primer all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming embankments including raising earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc.,n exc. 1.5 m high from base all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated materials (Soft/disintegrated rock) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
