Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out and laying of cables, etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250mm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 100 mm bore (dia), under road / foot path, etc. not exc. 10.00 metre in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable LT UG cables of nominal cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixed on walls/poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keeping in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant Items).

S&F sub-class B brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying only old brick in trenches for under ground cable protection (serviceable materials obtained from Item No. 1 here-in-before to be reused), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable GI / HDPE/Polyethylene flexible pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron pipe 80mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing old paint from surface of steel pole including bracing/clamps/cross arms etc. of size 8.75m long (above GL) by scraping,rubbing and making good surface for painting and applying one coats of aluminium paint incl writing pole No as directed and pasting red reflector tape (2" wide) and white reflector tape (2" wide) in alternate layer up to 0.90m form GL complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm buried in groundes as per requirement at site and fixed with nut, bolts , washers including taking down old one, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved cubical housing cabinet type LT panel board indoor type, platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 14 SWG (2mm) thick CRCA MS Sheet of overall size 1200 mm (height) x 1500 mm (length) x 450 mm(width) and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work , having front and rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (2 Nos) , earthing strips at rear side , bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts , spring and washers including dismantling and taking out unserviceable LT panel/feeder pillar box. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment The panel shall be Epoxy Powder coated and the control circuit diagram shall be with colour code multi standered conductor copper 1.5 Sqmm . The panel should be suitable for 415 volts , 50Hz , 3 phase 4 wire system and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and necessary foundation work and comprising following accessories:-

M & L in replacement of defective Digital Ammeterr flush type 0 to 200 AMPS with CT of suitable ratio complete all as specofied and directed.

M & L in replacement of defective phase indicating lamp(Set of three) LED Type for indicating of three phase complete all as specofied and directed.

M & L in replacement of defective aluminium lugs of size 10-185 sqmm complete all as specofied and directed.

Painting of indoor LT panel of various sizes after cleaning the surface of panel by rubbing with emery paper to remove stains, dust etc and applying two coats of sinthetic enamel paint using spray guns including writing various feeder nos as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting of out door type feeder piller box of various sizes after cleaning the surface of panel by rubbing with emery paper to remove stains, dust etc and applying two coats of sinthetic enamel paint using spray guns including writing various feeder nos as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
