Removal of unserviceble links Sign boards of any type and size from the Air filed, complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing of CPVC Pipe of 50 mm internal bore and 05 mm wall thickness to Aluminium frame work of various sizes as in support /stay for Sign boards etc.. all as specified and directed. Note: Supply & fix Aluminium frame work will be measured & paid separetly

M & L for Aluminium anodised angle/sections of required size and shape suitable for fixing Polycarbonate sheet panel as in new link Sign boards of various sizes etc.. all as specified and directed. Note: Supply & fix Polycorbonate sheet will be measured & paid separetly

Supply and fix 5mm thick polycarbonate sheet panel, suitable for fixing stickers of various sizes/ shapes on Sign board in Air Fied area as in new sign boards, all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for AV 450 series of approved colour vinyls stickers, as on new boards of any size and shape as base sheet for pasting stickers/ writing numericals, alphabats, border and arrow etc.. of Air field area all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for HIP (Reflective) stickers of various size and shape on any types of sign boards of Air field using 3M ™ High Intensity Grade Prismatic Reflective sheeting 3930 to 3937 series of approved colour fixing with pressure sensitive adhesive for unique construction providing high levels of retroreflectivity for multiple traffic situations providing long term reflectivity and durability all as specified and directed.

Fixing only newly fabricated link Sign boards of any type and size in the Air field including earthwork and foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, all as spefied and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil all as specifed and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry in 1:3:6 with solid blocks exc 10 cm width built in CM (1:4) all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specifed and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors /pavings and finished the surface even and fair all as specifed and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0, (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth courses, copings, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specifed and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or masonry surfaces finishfed even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel for 60 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement , including forms,moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning filling including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms thick using excavated material all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus soil exc 50.00 mtr but not exceeding 250.00 Mtr and depositing all as specified and directed.

M& L for stone boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly, pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 all as specifed and directed.

Clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahas and berms of drains, any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30 cm and trimming the earth surface to make good side cuts/surface soil depression , removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rate quoted is included for removal and replacement of slab cover where ever required.

Demolition of reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type-B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces Set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing of Runway sign board of size 2.40mX0.80m with the following specifcation and quoted rate inclusive of the following:- (a) 5mm thick polycarbonate sheet panel suitable for tying stickers. (b) HIP (Reflectrive) stickers of various size and shape using 3m High intensity grade prismatic reflective sheeting 3930 to 3937 of approved colour fixing with pressure sessitive adhesive for unique construction providing high levels of retroreflectivity for multiple traffic situation. (c) AV 450 series colour vinyls stickers various size and shape sign boards as writing numericals, alphabets, borders and arrows. (d) CPVC pipe 50mm bore to fix polycarbonate sheet panel and aluminium sections/angles of any sizes. (e) Aluminium angle/section ( 40X40x1.5mm aluminium tubes) frame of required size & shape for fixing polycarbonate sheel panel (f) Earth work,PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), for inserting pipe and removing of earth is deamed to be included in the above quoted rate.
