Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type vacuum circuit breaker panels consisting of incomer VCBs, (As per SLD) with posibility of future extension at one side, the new VCBs as mentioned above should couple with exesting OLD /New VCBs with necessary coupling arrangements all as recommended manufacturer as per site requirment . The capacity of VCB panel should be 11 KV, 1250 Amp, 3 Phase, 3 wire, 50 Hz, having a rupturing capacity of 350 MVA at 11 KV , 26.3 KA breaking capacity for 3 sec, totally enclosed with extended Aluminium bus bar of 1250 Amps for each phase, metal clad, Indoor extensible type , flush front, Horizontal isolation, Horizontal drawout type with Electrical and Mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear including padlocking arrangement, isolation plugs, assambly of 3 vaccum interrupters, (Make ABB/Schneider/siemens) with each pole individually encapsulated by epoxy insulations to make it dust proof and self - aligning finger type isolating contacts, truck having integral racking with necessary interlocks (for insertion and removing of VCB), manual and automatic motor charged independent closing/ tripping spring , trip free operating mechanism with closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker ,interconnected with HT sleeve (PVC not accepted) bus bar ,including all protection, indication, Operation, monitoring and control and accessories as per the specification.
Necessary factory inspection shall be arranged before dispatch VCBs . The testing officer shall be nominated by accepting officer after written confirmation received from contractor for VCB panel is ready for testing with all respect as per CA provision. All testing and inspection shall be carried out in presence of testing officer detiled by accepting officer. The joint inspection report shall be submitted after completion of testing. All expenditure in this respect should be bore by contractor and inclusive in quoted rate. No other charges admissible to contractor in this respect after ward.

- VCB 1250 Amps for Incomers, Buscouper & Outgoing. VI of VCB should be sealed for 30000 operation. VCB operationg mechanism should be of M2 duty for minimum 10000 mechanical operation. Basic Insulation level of complete switchgear shall be 28KV/75KV peak. - Closing & tripping coil of VCB should be of continious rating to achive minimal failure. - Resin Cast type CT having Ratio : 100 -50 / 1-1 A, Core1: 5P20, 5 VA; Core 2: 0.5, 5 VA (for Incomer & Outgoing) or as per site requirement during drawing approval stage - Numerical relay having protections of Over Current & Earth Fault (50,51, 50N,51N) with RS 485 port for remote monitoring. - Multifunction Meter of Acc Class 0.5, having facility to see KW, KVA, KVAR, PF, KWH, KVARH, KVAH, A,V etc - Master trip relay - Trip circuit supervision relay (can be feature of numerical relay) - LR & TNC switch, Space heater etc - indication lamp - CB ON/OFF, spring charge, Auto trip, TCS healthy etc. - Transformer Outgoing feeder should have OTI, WTI, Buchloz Alarm & Trip scheme. - Complete panel should be type tested design for Internal Arc 26.3 KA for 0.1 sec with AFLR classification. In this regard, Width & depth of Busraiser /adapter should be similar to other outgoing feeder panel. - Panel construction shall be made of 2 mm thick Aluzic and CRCA. - Make of Panel , VCB must be of same for beter life cycle optimization. Type test reports of complete panel to be submitted as per IEC. VCB shuld be mounted on trolley for easy operation.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 11kV, 26.3kV, 3 Sec BUSCOUPLER VCB Expandable type Indoor arc flash protected Panel Board with Draw-Out type Vacuum Circuit Breaker HV compartment, rated as per the attachded GA arrangment with main bus bar rated for 1250 Amp, The Panel Board must be , confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR (All three Chambers) – 25 kA for 0.1sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, having integral earthing interlocking, arrangement continuous rated Al busbars and droppers, 01nos. Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles. The earth switch, for maintenance purpose and dischage functioning, to be provided in the cubicle and shouldbe an intgral part of the cable chamber alongwith the opertaing handle. The Each HV compartment shall consist of following :- (i) VCB 1250 Amps for Buscouper should be sealed for 30000 operation. VCB operationg mechanism should be of M2 duty for minimum 10000 mechanical operation. Basic Insulation level of complete switchgear shall be 28KV/75KV peak.11kV, Suitable rating as per the attached GA arrangment, 26 KA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100. Dismantling and shifting of old HT switchgears of any size , capacity and qty from OLD POWER HOUSE at Base Hospital with dismantling of Busbar panels, VCBs, termination Joints , CT & PT and connected accessories and deposted to MES store yard all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge and
Supply and Laying burn brick size 225 mm X 113 mm X 75 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.
Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manually with suitable tools including HDPE pipe of 200 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge. Note If any Cable/Pipe Line/Road/Pathway/any tiles will be damaged it shall be repaired by contractor any any extra cost will be pay.
