The tenderer shall have successfully/ satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) similar works Construction of SBR type STP not less than Rs. 1793.40 Lakhs Usually not les than 50% of the estimated value of the contract. during last 5 years from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned circle or equivalent in case of other Government undertaking within India. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage Note: Similar work means: Construction of SBR Type STP.

Experience of Designing and Execution of Proposed Technology Provider: If the sole bidder or lead partner is not a SBR technology provider then the lead partner or sole bidder must enter into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the technology provider for design or performance guarantee along with the performance credentials of the SBR process, process or design with calculations, drawing, layout, hydraulic flow diagram, process flow diagram, P and I diagram, O and manuals, control philosophy etc. The technology provider must have a registered office in India fully equipped with trained manpower to extend services as and when required. a) The proposed SBR technology provider must have experience of designing and executing the proposed SBR technology of the STP to be designed and executed in any single completed project. The STP as referred should have been completed and shall have been in successful operation for at least one year. The Bidder should submit completion certificate duly certified by the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent, fulfilling the required experience as an evidence Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with qualified technology provider shall be submitted on Rs. 500 non judicial stamp paper or of Appropriate value duly notarized and signed by the respective authorized representatives clearly stating the terms and conditions of the MoU as per attached MOU format. Such MOU should be valid at least up to defect liability period and it shall not be amended or modified without prior consent from BTDA during the period of performance of contract: BTDA shall not allow such change except for special reasons. Also, MoU between the technology provider or contractor shall be made part of the bid or contract. Both the contractor and technology provider shall be jointly and severally responsible for the performance of the plant. The process design drawings shall be vetted and signed by the technology provider also. b) In case bidder itself is a technology provider, bidder shall submit Credentials certified by the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent, fulfilling the required experience as evidence. c) In case the bidder is successful bidder he shall submit the MOU with the Technology provider before Award of Work, failing which the EMD amount will be forfeited, and the tender will be rejected. The Bidder shall submit the undertaking to this effect as a part of Bid submission. d) Bidder to Refer Section-10 (Forms of Bank guarantee for Security deposit and other formats) Tie up Agreement for MOU Format with Technology Provider.

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 978.21 Lakhs (usually equivalent to the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) (Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. and the line of letter credits letter issued by the Bank shall be got confirmed by the issuing banks, other wise, the bids may be disqualified.

Achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than Rs.7825.75 lakhs in at least 2 financial years in the last 5 years from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The turnover prior to FY 2019-20 will be updated to the 2023-24 Price level by giving weightage of 10% each year. Audited Profit and Loss account statement certified by a practicing Chartered Account bearing the UDI number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. Charted Accountants certificate without UDI (Unique Document Identification) number will not be considered.
