Providing new 3T capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of pig iron, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 63mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut.The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 80mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operating handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box is to be rest on the top of MS stand made up of 75x75x8mm MS angle and the top covered with 16mm thick MS plate and the stand fixed on the 150x75mm MS channel fixed over top of the beams in platform. The gear box align with the screw rod and fixed with required bolts nuts etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting the hoisting arrangements with two coat of aluminium oxide paint over two coat of zinc rich primer The rate including cost of worm gear, cost of all materials required, labour charges, process charges like gas cutting, welding, machining, milling, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, charges for equipment’s like derrick, chain pulley block, conveyance charges of to and fro of equipment’s and labours to the site including cost of trial operation of the Shutter, inclusive of all taxes, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers and warranty for 5years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 200x100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16mm mild steel plate of size 0.20x 0.30m 2 Nos with required holes.Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. Supplying and fixing of Bottom Flat Rubber seal with Mild Steel Flat plate throughout the length of Rubber seal and fitted with the existing structure by means of Mild Steel Washers, Nuts and Bolts including dismantling the old corroded bolts by cutting, removing old flats and hardened or damaged old rubber seals beam, then conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store, etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing of Side rubber seal - Z type with Mild Steel Flat plate throughout the length of Rubber seal and fitted with the existing structure by means of Mild Steel Washers, Nuts and Bolts including dismantling the old corroded bolts by cutting, removing old flats and hardened or damaged old rubber seals beam, then conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store, etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
