SITC of 12 Volt, 200 AH SMF Battery for 200 KVA UPS system (Make: Emerson) including dismantling of the existing battery bank, and shifting of all dismantled Batteries along with associated components as per site requirement including handling and stacking at required place in the premises of the same building and handing-over to the department and P/F new cables & end terminations (wherever required) for making interconnection with battery and UPS, for which nothing extra shall be paid by the department. Note: (1) The agency has to provide 2 years warranty on the battery bank and supply the department all warranty cards along with purchase invoice of the batteries. (2) Make of batteries - Any of the 'Made in India' SMF batteries of Amaraja/Quanta/Exide makes or those of same or higher rating already supplied in MTNL/BSNL for power plant/UPS. (3) The bidder has to offer Make and model of the battery that he intend to supply. The same will not be changed after receipt of bid. (4) Payment will be credited to the agency as per availability of funds and no compensation by the firm on account of delay in payment shall be entertained by the department.
