Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling the existing hard maple wood badminton court flooring system, including surface court planks, perimeter transition reducer Subfloor components (including plywood layers, sleeper tracks, resilient rubber cushion pads, and vapor barriers). Rate inclucde maple planks and subfloor materials at a designated location on site within a lead of 50 meters as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-fixing of Hard maple wood tongue and grooved planks - supported by pine/spruce/fir padded runners of section 63.5mm x 38mm placed with distance between the runner to be 9 along the width of the court, Imported safe sleeper shock absorption pads of 8 mm thick be be provided under the runners for shock absorption. A vapor barrier of 1000 micron will also be introduced between sub floor and frame work. The frame will be duly fastened to the sub floor with the aid of clamps. The floor will be duly levelled with three pahse machine grinding, joint sealing with French chalk and sanding sealer followed by polishing with polyunethane finish. Also the work includes painting of game lines in required colors/dimensions .

Providing and fixing of 20mm (thickness) x 57mm (width) imported Hard maple wood tongue and grooved planks - BWF approved supported by pine/spruce/fir padded runners duly treated with wood life anti treatment of section 63.5mm x 38mm placed with distance between the runner to be 9" along the width of the court, Imported safe sleeper shock absorption pads of 8 mm thick be be provided under the runners for shock absorption. A vapor barrier of 1000 micron will also be introduced between sub floor and frame work. The frame will be duly fastened to the sub floor with the aid of clamps. The floor will be duly levelled with three phase machine grinding, joint sealing with French chalk and sanding sealer followed by polishing with polyurethane finish (of BWF approved manufacturer/flooring system).Also the work includes painting of game lines in required clours/dimensions and anti-termite treatment of concrete floor base (anti termite work for outer walls shall be paid separately).
