Rectification of leakage to 100 mm dia GI. Rising Main at Water Supply Schemes New Khonmoh by way of Earth work excavation of size (3ft X 4ft X 4ft deep) by manual means at (03) spots to identify the damage and leaking spots. The Job includes excavation under all kinds of soil viz concrete surface, macadam, hard soil, inclined terrain. The job also includes complete dressing, backfilling and leveling of trench soil

Repairs to existing damaged GI Rising Main of 100 mm dia. at different spots to plug the leakages by way of draining out the water from the 100 mm dia Rising Main by way of opening of already fitted washout system followed by dismantling the already laid pipes at cracked spots. The job includes cutting of the 100mm dia damaged flanges of GI pipe using oxyacetylene gas cutter and fitting of new flanges by way of two coats of welding on either side of the flange using new nuts, bolts, rubber gasket etc as per site requirement. The job shall include arrangement of DG set along with the carrier vehicle to carry out necessary welding job at said locations. The job shall further include arrangement of tools tackle and skilled labours along with necessary consumables required for carrying out the job.
