S&F Gypsum Board 12mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre on GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter chennel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm susoended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with clips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre inluding finishing the joint of face board with specially formulatted jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish Ceiling shall be sealed at joints and finished with jointing compound etc complete including finishing the exposed surfaces of false ceiling with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Anodised aluminium snap grid size (605mmx605mm) frame work for false ceiling with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

M & L for Exposed metal frame ceiling with 6mm calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified.

S & F for Anodised aluminium snap grid size (905mmx305mm) frame work for false ceiling with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC spout pipe of 25mm bore & 45cm length in sunken floor including cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor and making good the dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finished the disturbed surfaces to match with existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor at the starting point of down take soil/waste pipe at any floor, fill the joints with thick mortor in CM 1:3 and making good the dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4), type B1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finished the disturbed surface to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described comlplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kitchen shelves , manhole cover, etc complete all as specified and directed.Note: Reinforcement shall be mesured and paid separately

S & F mild steel joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.(Fe 410 quality A)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
