CONVERSION OF LT OH LINE TO LT UG CABLE AND SHIFTING OF EXISTING LT OH LINES INCLUDING POLES TO ANOTHER LOCATION NEAR HELIPAD IN 811 CETC TRG AREA AT NACHANA UNDER AGE (I) POKARAN

M&L repair for prestressed cement concrete pole 9 metre long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom (or nearest higher size as approved by State Electricity Board), Class-10 conforming to IS-1678-1998, over and including marking alternate white and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & Pole nos. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L cross arm, bracing support MS clamps etc including necessary fabrication, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paints including taking down old unserviceable cross arm all as directed complete.

Supply and fix in repair stay assembly complete comprising of MS galvanized stay plate 23cm x23cmx6mm, MS galvanised stay rod 16 mm dia with nut 215 cm long, MS galvanised stay bow 40cm long with 2 Nos galvanized thimbles with and including all fittings all as specified in SSR 1991 Part I. (Excavation, PCC for foundation, loop type insulator to be measured and paid seperately).

M&L loop insulator 140 mm size ,clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on pole, stringing properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wire, jumpers etc complete for any size i.e., Ferret, Weasel, Squirel of conductor. including taking down old unserviceable conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, lay, jointing and testing XPLE insulated LT under ground cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with multi stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts, in pipes or on poles etc complete all as specified and as directed for the size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Supplying and laying in repair reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV , Type 1 flat with size 250mm x150 mm x 40mm all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
