Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible Pumpset at Tubewell having capacity of at least 15,000 GPH at 50 m Head at rated voltage coupled with 20 H.P., 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz ± 3% A.C. supply, copper wound squirrel cage induction submersible motor capable of operating within voltage range of 400 V ± 10% along with 10 No. 100 mm diameter 3 m long heavy class bituminous coated Mild Steel flanged column pipes and other allied materials/equipments required during lowering of submersible pumpset. The job also includes P/F of 100 mm diameter heavy class M.S. flanged 90-degree bend and 100 mm diameter heavy class M.S. flanged delivery pipe along with 100 mm diameter Non-Return Valve, after priming with red oxide metal primer followed by two coats of black enamel paint. The job includes providing and laying of 10 mm2 3 core submersible flat cable 90 m in length for making connection of Electric Control Panel to the submersible motor after thimbling the cable ends at panel side with copper thimbles. The job also includes providing and fitting of 200 Amp, 415 V Main Switch with HRC Fuse. The job also includes providing and laying of 35 mm2 3½ core aluminium armoured cable 25 m in length for making connection of Electric Transformer to Main Switch after thimbling the cable ends with aluminium thimbles. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Electric Control Panel with Auto-Start functionality suitable for running 3 phase 20 H.P. Submersible Pumpset. The panel should be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet along with provision for fixing it on the wall with the help of anchoring bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/sealing arrangements. The panel should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel is to be given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should be equipped with following components/ features: - 1. The panel should be fitted with 63 Amp 36 kA 3 pole MCCB, Current Transformers of suitable capacity and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. 2. The panel should be fitted with 01 No. star delta starter comprising of 01 No. 50 Amp 3 pole Air break contactor for main supply along with thermal overload relay of suitable capacity, 01 No. 50 Amp 3 pole Air break contactor for delta supply and 01 No. 50 Amp 3 pole Air break contactor for star operation, 01 No. Time-Delay relay for changing over the supply of motor from star to delta, 02 No. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 01 No. 6 Amp 3 pole MCB for the protection of internal control wiring and other allied accessories. A neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit. 3. Protection devices: The panel should be fitted with devices like protection relays and fault analyzer with the capacity to protect motor by isolating the power supply of motor in case of Electro-mechanical faults like single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalanced voltage, reverse phasing, over current/over load, unbalanced current/load, short circuiting which may otherwise damage the motor windings. It should also display the current of RYB phases and line voltage of RY, YB and BR phases and indicate trip status. All the equipments/accessories used should be of standard/reputed make. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 63 kVA copper wound, oil cooled, manually operated 3 phase voltage stabilizer with input voltage range from 160 V to 400 V, output voltage range 400 V ± 10% and frequency 50 Hz ± 3% for irrigation Tubewell. The stabilizer should comprise of core made of silicon steel wound with copper coil conductor of appropriate quality conforming to BIS with di-electric oil of proper value for cooling stabilizer assembly. The job also includes P/F of 01 No. 100 Amp changeover/by-pass switch for by-passing the voltage regulation mechanism and to run the system on main incoming supply in case there is a problem in voltage stabilizer. The job also includes P/F of 01 No. 100 Amp 36 kA 3 pole MCCB on the input side, 01 No. digital voltmeter for displaying input voltage along with voltmeter selector switch, 01 No. digital voltmeter for displaying output voltage along with voltmeter selector switch, 01 No. digital ammeter for displaying current along with ammeter selector switch, Current Transformers of suitable capacity, RYB indicators for incoming and outgoing phases and other required fittings. The stabilizer should be mounted on unidirectional wheels. The job also includes providing and laying of 16 mm2 multi strand single core copper cable as per site requirement for making connection of Main Switch to Voltage Stabilizer and Voltage Stabilizer to Electric Control Panel after thimbling the cable ends with copper thimbles.
