Providing & fixing in position full height partly glass panelled & partly solid partition out of aluminium frame work of size 65 x 38 mm tubular frame, 18 gauge having grid spacing at 600 x 600 mm c/c both ways & covered with 12 mm thick marine BWP (boiling water proof) plywood on both sides of framework & finished with 1 mm thick laminate of approved color & texture. The framework shall be properly screwed to the walls, ceiling & floor in order to keep partion stable & firm all as required as per site condition. Plywood shall be screwed to the framework. The space between the framework grid shall be filled with rigid board glass wool / rockwool/open cell nitrile rubber having 50mm thickness with density equivalent to 48 kg/cum for sound insulation. The partition will have an opening as per the height specified in the drawing. Clear plain glass of thickness 12 mm with etching pattern (as per design) will be fixed in the opening with second class indian teakwood beading of size 40 mm x 12 mm on both side. Wood beading will be finished in two or three coats of french polish (glossy/mat) matching to partition laminate required finish is achieved. Provision shall be made for necessary cutouts for services such as wire management etc. as per design including all necessary hardware & accessories, grooves, adhesives, cutting & making good the original surfaces on completion. Provision shall be made for wire management to take care of basic wiring requirement for providing power data voice switches on a modular switch plate. All material will be of approved make. All works shall be completed as per the drawing, specification & direction of the EIC.

Flush door with vision panel (fixed on hinges with mortise lock) (Size 900 mm L X 2400 MM h Providing & fixing in position door with frame of second class indian teak wood of size 100 x 50 mm & solid core waterproof flush door shutter of 35 mm thick & finished with 1 mm thick laminate of approved colour & texture on both sides & second class teak wood lipping of size 35 x 12 mm on edges of shutter. The shutter shall be provided with a vision panel of size 450 x 450mm using glass of 8 mm thick ( plain with option of etching) fixed with second class indian teak wood beading of size 19 x 12 mm on both sides. Door shall be fixed using SS brush finish brass butt hinges of size 100 x 75 mm x 3 mm & provided with a surface mounted hydralic door closer, SS matt finish concealed mortise lock case with lever handle, 1 no 450 mm tower bolt, pvc door buffer & SS brush finish door stopper. All exposed second class indian teak wood lipping & frame shall be finished with 2 to 3 coats of french polish (matt/gloss) to match the colour / shade of the laminate till the require finish is achieved. All material shall be of approved make. All works shall be completed as per the drawing, specification & direction of EIC.

SINK: - Providing and fixing in position Stainless Steel sink with drain board or without drain board of Nirali make only resting over bracket with waste coupling including fabricating bracket from 'B' class GI pipe with necessary welding, chiselling in wall and fixing the sink in position with waste coupling, bottle trap all complete as per the specified and directed by engineer-in charge. GRANITE: Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing & laying poly vinyl chloride (PVC) rolls flooring manufactured of approved make and approved pattern for flooring, skirting/dado laid on existing cement tile or concrete of plastered floor finish with suitable adhesive as per manufacturers specifications close jointed and finished to proper bends, slopes and plumbs as directed etc. complete generally as per manufacturer’s specifications. 2 mm thick PVC flooring.

Providing & fixing Roller blinds (Premium quality) of approved make with heavy duty roller brackets & necessary fixtures. Warranty for roller mechanism & others accessaries shall be for One year from date of installation. [AS PER SAMPLE AVAILABLE AT SITE] [Payment will be made on actual Mesurement basis.
