Material and labour for 20mm thick plastering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 in 2 coats (15 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl all necessary scaffolding etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be mesured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl all necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed incl all necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for crack filling by cleaning plastered surface and remove all loose particles, dirt, vegetation etc. Define the crack with sharp edge tool then clean and moisten, Applying ready to use acrylic polymeric non-shrink ' PAINTEX - 4' upto 5mm to 12mm wide cracks and finish at all heights, level etc, complete aafter 24hrs inspect and if required as a result of auto suction, provide another filling over the same complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd. (shade to match the existing paint) incl necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for providing in repairs water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified polyester(bituminous) membrane reinforced of 3.5Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester mat of weight 160 gms/sqm as center core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof (An overlap of 100mm and 150mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectively) and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP sheet incl removal of old damaged APP sheets, Cleaning old surface properly and removing demolished material from MD land complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, fix new reinforcemt if required, apply Dr. fixit Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Dr Fixit micro concrete or equivalent , appllying one coat of Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at 20 to 40mm thickness by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this item. (ii) Make -Dr Fixit/Build Core/Fosroc/Pidilite/ Krishna conchem (ii) New TMT Reinforcement if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of masonary wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of old concrete and removal of debris outside MD land as directed including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape, as in reinforcement including cranking bending spirally for hooking and annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10 above but from 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping old paint with steel wire brush or by any means, washing the surface throughtly and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer complete including necessary scaffolding for any position/height all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note :- (a) Acrylic painting shall be done with rollers.

Demolition of brick work built cement mortar of any position as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for applying texture paint of 4mm thick of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brickwork finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall incl taking down of old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth putty finish over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : Asain Paint Tractor uno or Berger Bison or equivalant in nerolac.

Material and labour for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile srtength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix framed work such as grills, gratings, gate etc. with ends of bars welded, shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down CI/ rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heaads, shoes, bends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B- 0 (12.5 mm graded agg) in roof padding concrete, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all around at the junction of parapet and the roof slab all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour 10mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on roof padding concrete surface for levelling course rounded or chamfered on edges, slopping mixed with water WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, finished even & smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Water proofing compound ISI marked.

Material and labour protecting the roof with water proofing coating(Dr. Fixit) complete as specified below: (a) Wire brush the surface to remove loose particles & laitance wash with clean water. (b)complete crack filling & reinstate damaged portion shall be filled with polymer modified mortar as recommended. (c) allow the repair surface to cure for 24 hours afterwards wet the surface to a SSD condition (d) apply one coat of primer by brush and allow to dry for 4 hours (e) Apply one coat of water proofing coating over the primed surface by brush (f) on the wet primed surface overlay a open- woven fiber glass mesh min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely (g) immediately there after apply the second coat with a roller to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh (h) apply the 3rd coat after 6 to 8 hours, once the 2nd coat is dry Make : Crack filler : Dr. Fixit crack-X Paste, Dr. Fixit crack -X shrinkfree, Shaliseal CPM of M/S STP Ltd Prime Coating : Dr. Fixit Primeseal Water Proofing Coating : Dr. Fixit Newcoat, Waterseal concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products, Shalicry 215 of M/s STP Ltd.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by cleaning the RCC terrace by removing dust, dirt etc. with grinder. Identifying the cracking, damaged IPSupply and fixilling the same with polymer Modified Mortar using MASTERLATEX, cement, sand in the ratio of 1:2:4, applying two coats of 'Techcoat-white' @ 2 Sqm/Litre in 2 coats with DFT of 80-90 Microns on primed surface by using spl grade of 'Techoxy-3', Cure the surface for 48-72 Hrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for providing and applying 20-25mm thick sand faced cement plaster to external surfaces in two coats with first coat in 10-12mm thick in CM 1:4 and second coat in 8-10mm thick in CM 1:4 finished in proper line and level on primed surface with MASTERLATEX and cement @ 1:1 then apply plaster on wet surface. Add in both the coats shrinkage compensating admixture cum plasticizer 'MASTERPROOF IWP-1 @ 100-200 ML per 50 Kg bag of cement, incl taking down of old plaster and removing debris from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
