DEMOLITION

Demolition of wall brick work, block masonry or stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillers etc and removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Taking out existing ductile iron spigot and socket pipe of size 250 mm bore (class-K9) including break down of PCC structure and excavation upto 1.5m depth in hard rock/soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of ductile iron socket and spigot pipe of size 250 mm bore (class-K9) including push on rubber gasket joint, connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying ductile iron spigot and socket pipe of size 250 mm bore, class-K9, conforming to IS-8329 including push on rubber gasket joint, connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for ductile iron pipe fittings such as bends, collars, connecting pieces, tees, elbows etc suitable up to 250 mm dia DI pipe including cement mortar lining inside complete and taking down of existing unserviceable DI pipe fittings complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonary (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cast iron air release valves with two air outlets 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains of dia 250 mm bore including taking down unserviceable existing cast iron air release valves complete all as specified and as directed.

SECURITY WALL/FENCING AND GATE

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintel over 1.5 metre span complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls column and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pillasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; using steel shuttering vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc using steel shuttering for rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) under plinth beam complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 8mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering, 15mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16mm to 20mm dia of neck, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 22.5cm long complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Length of ordinary bolts shall be measured from the underside of the head to the end of shank; length of double ended bolts and lewis bolts shall be measured overall.

Supply and fix mild steel works as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix mild steel works as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, using portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, handmade sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165

Supply and fix rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint (of approved tint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. preparation of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) 75mm thick, as in PCC flooring/plinth protection, laid in panels of area 2 metre square each with 12mm wide joints filled with mastic (using bitumen and sand mixture applied hot in the ratio of 1:3 by weight) formed at the end of each panel and change in direction of PCC floor/plinth protection and finishing the top surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete pipes, 600mm dia , class NP3, laid to levels or falls and jointed complete with collars in CM 1:1, as in drains, channel etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched with weight 10 kg/ coil and average coverage area is 8 RM/coil) and fixed to angle iron post/ struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plain aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4, 0.71 mm thickness for fixing at crumple joint complete all as specified and as directed.
