Drawing of bulb light point from nearest feeder line to different places on as per direction of EIC with supply on hire basis 100 watt bulb, holder and controlling switch complete with interconnection complete from 11-01-2026 to 15-01-2026 =5 days x 2 pts.

Supply and fitting fixing of 2 PIN 5 amps plug points[for mobile charger] on hire basis from 11-01-2026 to 15-01-2026 =5 days x 2 pts.

Repairing of the integrated flood light luminaries by engaging skilled personnel after dismantling the damaged parts and fixing of the newly supplied spares as in Sl. No.2 including connection and testing complete.

Providing on hire basis including design and manufacturing of full colour high definition outdoor type RGB LED Pixel board having full colour LED module with necessary hardware fittings for branding of Gnaga Sagar Mela. The board should have approximately 10000 lamp. [Size of board:4' x 60'] [Matter: GANGA SAGAR MELA-2026] from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026

Providing on hire basis annimation controller for changing of colour and annimation of the board as in Sl. No.1, the annimation controller should controll 2000 lamps.

Providing on hire basis 70 Amps SMPS having input voltage 230 volt 50 Hz AC and out put voltage 12 volt DC for power supply.

Making bamboo structure on hire basis of size 9mtr x 18 mtr with bamboo post including cutting in suitable size, shape, jointing cross support, vertical support and covering with cloths for fixing of the RGB Pixel LED board and dismantling after completion of Mela. [Size:4' x 60']

Erection of steel tubular pole inside ground (overall length 11 meter) on hire basis by excavation of earth of any kind of soil 2.5 mtr. Depth below ground level with proper piling at different places at sea beach with all protection to avoid accidents as per IE rules & as per direction of EIC complete (each pole should be properly earthed) on or before 05.01.2026

Providing on hire basis including supplying, laying of 4 sq.mm 1.1 kv single core PVC instated and sheathed stranded aluminium cable. and transportation charges for the following cables including dismantling the same after completion of the mela

Supply on hire basis 4.88 mtr long 100 mm dia(avg.) bamboo post and erecting the same at different places of pilgrim sheds as per IE rule and direction of EIC [Avg. distance from post to post is 20 mtr]

Fitting fixing the street light fixture on existing PCC pole/tower from different feeder line to different pole inside and outside Mela ground as per direction of EIC with supplying on hire basis 400 watt/250 watt/150 watt/70 watt./400 watt Sodium [Twin] vapour lamp with all accessories complete with 7/20 PVC wire for looping arrangement including all other materials from 03.01.2026 to 17.01.2026 = 15 days (Damaged materials will have to be replaced by the agency at their own cost, and all the fixture should be of Philips make).

Making Earthing arrangement on hire basis supply 5/8'' dia earth spike of 2 mtr. Fabrication and manufacturing including design on hire basis of 3' x 3' square frame structure of height 8 ft by using hollo bar of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm including welding complete. The cubical frame is to be fitted with printed backlit flex in 4 sides and top portion will be covered by another approved theme like Dub, Dungru, Pradip, Trishul etc. The printing matter and design of flex shall be approved by the EIC. The Box inside should have fitted with suitable Nos LED luminaries to illuminate the theme . This cost also inclues the cost of fitting fixing in the divider portion of the roard with the help of support and GI wire including power connection complete and dismantling the structure after completeion of Mela.
