Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadum surfaces in area not exceeing 400 Sqm, exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm compacted thickness WBM with coarse aggregate (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm), spread rolled and compacterd with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to achieve gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 10 Kg per ten square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling 100 mm spread thickness of Moorum/Red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including scrapping/cleaning of road side berms complete all as specified and as directed .

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, spreading ,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm all as specified.

M&L 75 mm or less consolidated thickness premix bituminous macadam using binder paving bitumen grade VG-30 at the rate of 4% of total mix weight by using Hot mix plant for mixing and mechanical paver for laid/rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Work shall be executed as per approved design mix from NABL Govt approved lab /Govt Engg College as decided by GE. (ii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government.

M&L Providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.0 % binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen VG-30 using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per approved design mix from NABL Govt approved lab /Govt Engg College as decided by GE. (ii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government.

S&F in replacement cat eye reflectiv type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size complete all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 Watt one NI-ed recharageable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consiting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like in white/yellow shade on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Road marking work shall be carried out in accordance with manufacture's instructions and as specified. (ii) Refer MORTH specification of Para 803.4.2.1 and 800.4.2.2 on bituminous surface in white colour or yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 and MORTH specification Para 803.4.3.3

S&F in replacement of metal tubular delineators (ISI marked) made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green , red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflectors protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone having size 150mmx150mmx300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old road metal tubular delineators made out of ABS round body including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and replacing old reflector strip of existing size and pattern and re-fixing the same at location decided by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Solar delineators plate length 1000mmx47mm , made out of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body, height 145 mm, diameter 80 mm comprises of 4 super bright LED which give 360 degree viewing solar panel 2.5 V, 120mm(approx0 ,1.25 V rechargeable battery 01 No complete all as specifed and as directed. Make:- Darkeye or equivalent as approved.
