Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete, slab ,other concrete and removing the debris to a distance not exc 100 M as directed.(concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for Rcc cement concrete in reinforcement cut as required to ficilite demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of brick or laterite stone, PCC Block masonary in cement mortar including coping and other concrete work etc and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 500 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6, Except PCC blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint ove coat of primer, exterior grade (100% acrylic) of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and other work complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drillin, bolting or riveting, etc.and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F In Repairs, Galvanised(Pre painted), 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc and fixed in repair. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over,stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of new/old steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc crome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete and removing to a distance not exceeding 100M as directed and Concrete of any description andin any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing reinforced precast cement concrete in Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm gaded aggregates) Set in cement mortar 1:4 in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces quoin blocks (foruse with masonry),string courses, copings.kneelers,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings,throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.(Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

M & L plain cement concrete in Type D-2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates)as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing, cement concrete Type-B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm gaded aggregates) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in SSR Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.
