REPAIR/MAINT OF LAUNDRY PLANT, INCINERATOR, EOT CRANES AND MISC ITEMS AT PMS

Carrying out periodical monthly maintenance as per the schedules including lubricating moving parts as per recommendations of manufacturer, checking for alignments, electrical loose connections and rectifying the same for the Flameproof EOT cranes 05 Ton Capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Location : FAD Shed No R1 to R4) (a) Spare Parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply and fix in repair in respective items here-in-after. (b) The above maintenance also covers the preventive maintenance of crane which include checking and correction of girder alignment, rail level, and structural deformation if any etc. (c) Repairs to crane shall be on both mechanical and electrical sides including provision of minor parts viz nuts, bolts, washers, screws, gasket, seal oil rings grease, nipples, sockets, terminal blocks, fuse grips, insulating sheets, tapes, adhesive, density compound oils, repairs kit for air brake contracts, anticorrosive and rust proof chemical, grease, cotton waste, cleaning solvent, contact cleaner spray etc. and all other minor items which are not covered under this list of spare parts. (d) Necessary welding and breaking if so required to be done wherever necessary. (e) All tools, tackles, testing instruments, manpower, supervision, consumables shall be included in quoted rates unless specifically mentioned otherwise. (f) All electrical and control components used in maintenance of the 5 Ton EOT crane shall be flameproof/spark-proof and suitable for hazardous area classification, conforming to relevant IS/IEC 60079 standards. (g) The contractor shall ensure that all repairs, replacements, testing, and commissioning are carried out maintaining the integrity of the spark-proof system and safety compliance at all times.

Attending break down of EOT crane any capacity for the complaints of electrical, mechanical, checking and finding the faults, rectifying the defects, replacement of minor spares like lugs, bolt & nuts, gaskets etc and making the EOT crane in serviceable condition complete all as specified & directed. Notes : Any spares required for completing the job refered shall be measured and paid separately in respective items here-in-after but cost of labour for fixing of new parts is deemed to be included in unit rate.

Dismantling upto 10 HP 3 phase 415V electric motor of any make after disconnecting the connection & transportation to work shop for cleaning internal parts, replacement of unserviceable minor parts like nut bolt, greasing and rewinding with same size and class copper winding wire including re-insulating with shellac varnish, keeping in hot air oven for drying etc including reassembling, testing after making connection complete all as specified & directed.

Carry out load test on (Deflection) EOT Crane under 110% of full load capacity of crane on hoisting, long & cross travel, micro checking in performance including loading, unloading, Transportation, handling and returning the test load obtained from concerned unit for EOT crane capacity 5 Ton EOT Crane (Mobile Crane, Truck & Trailer arranged by contractor)

Material and labour for painting of double girder cranes having span length more than 11 mtr and upto 15 mtr complete with one coat at synthetic enamel paint after necessary preparation of old steel surfaces including all out cover/external surface and writing the description of the crane as per existing as require at site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Current collector (carbon block type) as per existing capacity complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair Push botton switch with NO/NC contact element complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair PVC insulated un-armoured 3 core 2.5 sqmm FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volt grade, conforming to IS 1554 complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair PVC insulated un-armoured 4 core 2.5 sqmm FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volt grade, conforming to IS 1554 complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair PVC insulated un-armoured 4 core 4 sqmm FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volt grade, conforming to IS 1554 complete all as specified & directed.
