Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with initial lead and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width and required depth including shoring shuttering,propping bullah,pilling,dewatering from foundation supplying and working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machinaries required for the work & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete (measurement will be taken for compacted section) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level / bed level using 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with proper packing to proper slope and level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, Cess royality, additional charges, DMF 10% and EMF 5% over royalty taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and T and P required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Fly Ash brick Masonary in cement morta (1:6) in foundation/superstructure using fly ash brick of 23cmx11cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength in between 75 kg to 100kg per sq .cm with diamantion tolerance + 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curing for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the E.I.C. i. RCC of design mix of M-250 grade of controlled qulity having cube strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 16/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 10 mm. to 20mm. sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987, IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves, fan hooks wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties, DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges Cess and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works) i. Supply of HYSD bars confirming to approved grade cutting bending , binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification ) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance, Cess of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge ( as approved by the Deptt. ) etc. complete (Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be bome by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC - 21/1987) as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

20mm thick cement plaster over brick work in cement mortar (1:6) including watering, curing, racking out joints rounding of corners T&P & Cess cess required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc, complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of bricks walls/ stone masonary after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges ,etc completed in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

12mm (1/2) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T and P required for the work with all taxes and royalties DMF (10% over Royality), EMF(5% over Royality) and Addl.charges , etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to ceilling of roof lintel and chajjas after chipping and chiselling the same and clearing the surface by wire brush finished smooth watering and curing for 7 days including cost,conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P & Cess required for the work with taxes and royality etc complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Granite Tiles of minimum above 0.40 sqm (25mm thick) of approved make in floors, trade & Raise of stair case laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with slurry including cost, conveyance, royalties, Additional charges, DMF @ 10% & EMF @ 5% over the royality taxes of all materials & labour T&P and cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance,& labour, DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges T&P and Cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying,Providing, fitting and fixing of Granite Dado in floors of size (600 x 600mm) of approved make confirming to IS:13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive confirming IS:15477 of 3mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges ,taxes of all materials & labour T&P and cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position well dressed and well seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in choukaths for doors, windows and ventilators including cost of iron work and coal taring 2 coats to wall side faces of choukaths including cost of coaltar, cutting grooves and mending to sizes where necessary with cost and conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and labour, CESS with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing andfixingISI marked 35mm thik flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Prt I) decorartivetype, coreofblock board construction with frame of1st class hard wood and well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains or cross brands and face veneers on both faces of shutters of approved design including cost of all door fittings and fixture etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fitting and fixing of of 5.5 mm thick hexagonal Aluminium jally in windows as single grrove, double grrove and tapered clip as horizontal and vertical members for fixing of aluminium jally and jointing angle confirming to standard section etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M.S. Window Grill, made out of M.S. Flat conforming to IS: 2062/2006, painted with Red oxide primer, as per the design approved by the purchaser as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fitting & fixing M.S. Grills for Gate including cost of screws complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fitting & fixing M.S. Window Grills iincluding cost of screws complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 coat with any approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work with all labour, T&P, Cess etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Priming one coat with any approved primer over iron work including cost of primer with sand papering, polishing the surface in all respect with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and CESS required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats over one coat of primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffloding, staging charges with cost, conveyance taxes of all materials cost of all labour T&P etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing wall surface with two coats of approved quality of weather coat of approved shade over a coat of primer including cost,conveyance, royalities, taxes, cess of all materials, labour, T&P etc.Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6.7mm and downgraded hard granite crusher broken chips on new work after chipping and chiseling the same and cleaning surface by wire brushing laid to proper slope finsihed smooth to receive tarfelt tratment watering and curing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P and cess required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc, complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i. Providing, laying and fixing of factory made chamfered "Interlocking Concrete Paver Blocks" of M-40 grade & 80mm thick of approved shades confirmed to IS:15658-2006 specification over compacted sand bed course of 40mm laid over the properly graded and finished WBM using sand of gradation confirming to Clause-4.4 & 6.5.1 of IRC:SP-63-2004 with uniform moisture content of 6 to 8 per cent (the sand should not be too wet nor too dry) and spread with the help of screed boares and compacted by Plate Vibrator weighing 0.60tonne or more to acheive a compacted thickness of 40mm & local correction, if any required is to be done either by adding or removing the sand followed by further levelling and compacting and filling the gaps between paver blocks (about 3 to 4mm) with dry sand by brooming (the gradation of the filling dry sand should be as per clauses-6.5.2 of IRC:SP:63-2004) including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes & technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
