Chipping the concrete and Roughening the surface etc.., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc.., complete mixed with best approved quality water proofing compound confirming to Indian Standard Specification as specified by the departmental officers at 2% by weight of cement used complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Finishing the top surface of flooring in P.C.C. 1:1-1/2:3 using Mechanical Power Trowel till the required time and level and finishing the same neatly as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing expansion joint at 6mtr intervels across the flooring by cutting grooves 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by coctractos own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead, lift and other incidental works etc complete and as directed by Executive Engineer.

Providing of stack plan by using one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint of width 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges, all material cost and all other incidential expenses etc.,
