Servicing of 7.5 HP, 3 Phase electric Induction motor of gates by detaching from E&M brakes, coupling etc. and dismantling from foundation, shifting to working place, opening, varnishing by Dr. Beck Varnish, heating, assembling and greasing, shifting to super structure foundation, refitting, connecting with other equipments including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work. Gate No 1 to 22 at Bhimgoda Barrage.

Repairing of Hand Drive Unit System of Gates after dismantling all components, cleaning, repairing of defective gears, handles, bushes, hand drive shaft, greasing, assembling and refitting in gates and testing including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work. at Gate No. 01,08,12,18&22

Repairing of Electromagnetic Brakes by detaching from electric motor and coupling and dismantling, opening and replacing wornout brake shoe lining, torque spring, lever pin, allen screws etc. after making holes in brake and revetting as required as per sample including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc Gate No 08,10,12,13,14,15,17,18,20&22 at Bhimgoda Barrage.

Rectifying defective aligment of gates by adjusting length of Steel Wire Rope and other allied work as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P, Jigs & Fixtures, Scaffolding etc. as required for proper completion of work. At Gate No. 09

Holding gate by clamping with steel wire rope, jacks etc. to restrict and lock the movement of gate/drum gear for replacing damaged/wornout plummer block, dismantling floating shaft and pinion assembly, taking out damaged P/block and replacing new one after cleaning foundation and greasing in P/block No512 engaging complete drum assembly and testing by operating gate including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. at Gate No. 04,12,15,&22

Repairing of Side Sway Roller after dismantling, cleaning properly, greasing, assembling, fitting & testing including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work. At Gate No. 01,07,08,09,13,15,20&22

Repairing and overhauling of Roller Assembly of Barrage Gates size 18.30 x 8.40Mtr.(U/S) by detaching Roller Assy. from gate with the help of Jigs & fixtures, jacks etc. cutting lock plate by gas, lifting roller assy. from gate by manila rope and shifting to working platform, dismantling roller assy., cleaning, washing, repairing wornout roller shaft by remetalling, machining, polishing and reassembling including replacing rubber sea, O-ring, grease nipple etc. shifting to gate and fitting in gate greasing and testing etc. by operating gate including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work (but including cost of bearing No. 22326, BIS Approved) (for electrically operated gates) Gate No. 01,20 & 22 at Bhimgoda Barrage.

Repairing and overhauling of Roller Assembly of Barrage Gates size 18.30 x 7.80Mtr.(O/B) by detaching Roller Assy. from gate with the help of Jigs & fixtures, jacks etc. cutting lock plate by gas, lifting roller assy. from gate by manila rope and shifting to working platform, dismantling roller assy., cleaning, washing, repairing wornout roller shaft by remetalling, machining, polishing and reassembling including replacing rubber sea, O-ring, grease nipple etc. shifting to gate and fitting in gate greasing and testing etc. by operating gate including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work (but including cost of bearing No. 22324, BIS Approved) (for electrically operated gates) Gate No. 05,07,09,12&13 at Bhimgoda Barrage.

Repairing and overheating rope guide pulley by extracting complete Bracket lifting with Chainpulley block dismantling cleaning placing with working plateform and repairing machinery as required bolts and nuts/fastner to bracket reassembling in bracket and fitting properly testing including cost of material labour and T&P for proper completion of work.at Gate No. 06

Shifting Stop log Gate from One Gate resting support to required repairing gate groove to stopping water in Up stream side by Departmental Crane with providing labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work at Bhimgoda Barrage. At Gate No 01,05,07,09,13,&20

Greasing of rollers of gate after cleaning, replacing grease nipple stud/cap as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work. At Gate No. 01,05,07,09,12,13,20&22

Replacing of Musical note type side rubber seal as per IS code 11855 by removing old/damaged side rubber seal from gate, scraping & cleaning surface, making holes, fixing and clamping the M.S. Plate by new Counters sunk head high tensile bolts, nuts and washer, making adjustment as per requirement of site including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. At Gate No. 01,05,06,20

Replacing of bottom as per IS code 11855 by removing old/damaged side rubber seal from gate, scraping & cleaning surface, making holes, fixing and clamping the M.S. Plate by new Counters sunk head high tensile bolts, nuts and washer, making adjustment as per requirement of site including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. at Gate No. 01,05,06,&20
