Excavation in trenches in SOFT/LOOSE soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

100 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

Factory made PCC type A-1 chequered tiles, ISI marked (IS:13801), with grey cement & no pigment, 25 mm thick, of size 300 mm x 300 mm, in floors, set and jointed with grey cement slurry, over & including 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, complete, all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone and drainage channel of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete, all as specified.

80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Concrete bed to drain including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, complete all as specified of following size:-

Reinforced concrete pipe class NP-2, ISI marked, laid in trenches including jointing & testing complete with collars complete all as specified of following size:-

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, of 150 mm bore pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished, reforming benching as required, complete all as specified.

Taking out thick/solid sludge (sedimented sand sludge/grit ,ash rages , fibres and springe material etc) from septic tanks & STP line including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well with high jet water presuure with mechanically operated high pressure pump with water tanker including removing the same outside MoD land in closed tanker etc complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified
