Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth including labour and tools etc., complete.

Supply and Filling with Msand for foundation and basement including cost of filling M-sand lead, lift, labour for filling, watering, well ramming etc., complete.

Plain cement concrete (PCC)1:3:6 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and basement including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour for laying concrete etc., complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete(RCC Raft works)with M25 (1:1:2) grade concrete using 12 to 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal including cost of cement, all materials, labour, laying, finishing, all leads, lifts, etc., complete. (but excluding cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.)

Reinforced cement concrete RCC with M25 (1:1:2) grade concrete, using 12 mm to 20mm HBS metal (machine crushed) for RCC wall with formwork including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, centering shuttering , curing, etc., complete (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement).

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of RTS steel reinforcement (Fe500) for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift,labour, cost of binding wire, etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) for filling in foundation and basement including cost of filling excavated soil lead, lift, labour for filling, watering, well ramming etc., complete.

Spreeding and levelling the excavated soil in layer of not more than 15cm thick for a level surface in the yard including cost of filling excavated soil, Consolidated by using power roller (hire charges for machineries) watering, well ramming, lead, lift, labour for filling,etc., complete.

Supplying, laying and jointing of 50mm PVC pipes (having working pressure 10 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS including cost of cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives ( including cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall, labor, lead,lift etc.,complete. (Below ground level).

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of 50mm diaGun metal Gate Valve with BIS make including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying, laying and jointing of 40mm PVC pipes (having working pressure 10 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS including cost of cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (including cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall, labor, lead,lift etc.,complete.
